  1. That's pretty damned cool. Any plans to do any of the interior?
  2. Personally I think it would be a mistake for them to ever stop production on either He-Man or Skeletor. There'll be people coming into the line late and missing those two characters could discourage them from getting into the line at all.
  3. Most of my vintage collection I got for a buck a piece at garage sales/flea markets. The most I'd personally pay for the easier to find characters would be $5 even with their weapons. That said some of the characters like Twistoid, Rotor (I think that's his name), King Randor, Scare Glow; & Sorceress are harder to come by; though I've still found them at flea markets on occasion. I'd say the top guys are the rarest. I ended up paying $30 for Twistoid just because he was the last piece I needed and I was tired of looking. I think I paid maybe $10 a piece for the other 4. It's been a while.
  4. Yep. I've got most of the parts together for my last two Temple of Doom waves and will also be making the smaller German Mechanic being I have the parts lying around for him. The figure that's giving me trouble is the Club Obi-Wan Willie Scott who I currently have an idea for which may or may not work. We'll see. Just have to finish up a set of Batman villains I'm working on first.
  5. Received it today. Thanks alot Chopz. It looks awesome. :-)
  6. Unfortunately Crystal Skull killed any interest I may have had for an Indy 5. :-/
  7. Thanks for the high praise guys. :-) Chopz Satipo is a Cemetary Warrior w/ an Indy jacket and the head from one of those Rebel Pilot 3-pack guys. The cinema scene one.
  8. Thanks guys. A friend on another forum asked if I'd take this; so figured I'd post it here too.
  9. I picked mine up for $75 shipped off Ebay in the beginning of December. I figure it was only a little more expensive than buying them from K-Mart; maybe less considering the amount of gas spent hunting them. Plus no headache.
  10. And here's my last set of figures based on Raiders of the Lost Ark. Still have two more sets from Temple of Doom to do; but have to wait/find parts for them. This batch is Katanga, the German Pilot (for that Flying Wing I own in my head of course); and Jock w/ Reggie. As always thanks for looking. :-) The recipes are: German Pilot: modified Ric Olie helmet/body w/ Sirius Black head. Jock: Dovchenko head, Indy torso/arms & Sao Feng legs w/ an Imperial Officer hat. Katanga: Roadblock head, Belloq torso & upper arms, Dovchenko lower arms; & Indy legs w/ Vogel hat. Also if anyone has a German Soldier hat they'd trade/sell PM me.
  11. Ah yes. :-) Elsa Schneider is a modded Elsa upper half on black dress Padme's legs with a fabric skirt. I'll be changing out the hands today as they're horribly mannish. The Hatay Soldier is Dovchenko wearing Belloq's turban w/ German Soldier legs. Sallah is a Poppa Jones head & legs with a Speed Racer Royalton torso & arms.
  12. Thanks guys. Here's my last Last Crusade set. They're of course Sallah, Dr. Elsa Schneider in her Venice outfit; & a Hatay Soldier. Thanks for looking. :-) Now I just have to wait for parts again... meh.
  13. Very cool. Man I need to get my hands on the troop car.
  14. I shall have to check that out. Thanks. Well here's my newest batch. They're of course India Willie Scott, the Maharajah; and Lao Che. Thanks for looking. :-) recipes are: Lao Che - modded POTC Sao Feng head on Henry Jones body. Maharajah - Belloq turban & skirt, clone kid head, modded slave leia torso; & Ev. Darth Maul legs. Willie Scott - modded Elsa head, Marion body; & Indy jacket.
  15. Awesome. I'd like it. Thanks. :-) You can check me out under Kramer9282 on Ebay if need be. Or ask anyone over on theDoosh.net about me.
  16. Are you in the US? And do you have Paypal?
  17. I just checked him out. That muscle shirt would be pretty annoying to mod; but he does have the right build for it. I'm quite happy with mine though. Right now I'm working on Lao Che, India Willie; & the Maharajah. Any ideas for a mini Indy voodoo doll?
  18. A friend of mine in GA works in TRU and I was working at Wal-Mart here in IN. Neither of us has seen the TOD wave in stores. But then; nobody I know has. His TRU still hasn't gotten anything but the first two waves in. Disbribution was definitely a big factor in the death of this line.
  19. Yeah they said the 15th of every month; but then He-Man and Beast Man were released on the 1st of December. Wish they'd clarify this.
  20. Thanks and sorry about that. It's habit. I usually post over at TheDoosh.net and we rarely post recipes unless asked. :-/ Here they are: German Mechanic- The Miz wrestling figure head/torso & 21st century toy legs. Wedding Dress Marion - Slave Leia head/arms & some Padme body. Gungan Parade Padme maybe? Gobler - German Officer head, 21st Century torso; & Dovchenko legs.
  21. Yeah; I pricechecked them and they were $3 yesterday even though the sign said $5.44; so I picked up the last couple I needed for customs. Also grabbed the Mighty Muggs Mola Ram for $7. I do hope they get reset though as I'd love to have more than one Thuggee. :-)
  22. Thanks for all the feedback guys. It's appreciated. :-) Finished these guys this morning; but as you can see the white kinda killed Marion in the pic. Will get a better pic of her up once I get her back from my friend who is making a soft goods top for the dress. As of now she's in her Well of Souls look. heh. The other two are of course the German Mechanic and Gobler (whose goggles are in the mail). Thanks for looking.
  23. Yes; Kazim is a modded Henry with a Naboo Solider head. Hitler is Dovchenko w/ an Admiral Ozzel head. It's the same actor who played Hitler in LC. Panama Hat is a Ric Olie head with a Henry torso/arms, Belloq's legs; & Indy's hat. Thanks. :-)
