  1. I'm kinda confused Quazar. Where did you get that information? Don't get me wrong or anything, I'm thrilled. Just wondering where you heard this from. Pics or it didn't happen. lol. Scroll down: http://threads.rebelscum.com/showflat.php?...part=1&vc=1
  2. The Resolute Commander appears to include a Lugar P08 pistol as well.
  3. The bigger issue (as it has been from day one) is that Stephen Sommers has never even made a marginally good movie. I could care less if an actor immerses themselves in the past folklore of a character -- with the right script, it doesn't matter. All this movie has going for it is that Stuart Beattie (the screenwriter) has done some solid work. Sommers is a huge liability though, which will be tough for even the sharpest script to overcome. I'll give it a chance and I will reserve judgement until it releases, but the percentages are stacked way against this enterprise.
  4. You're right Goj -- I've found lots of good things at Fred's. I found 3 yellow Stalkers and 2 shark tat Shippys way, way back...saw a TF Duke and Mutt tonight. They have Torpedos and Wave 9 ripe for the picking. They don't restock often, but when they do it, they do it right.
  5. Those are really, really great. I'd buy that box set in a heartbeat.
  6. Those look great. The Duke scuba pack also sort of resembles Wet-Suit's aqua-sled. Good find Goj.
  7. Disguised. From the Revenge of Cobra mini-series. http://www.joetoonarchive.com/displayimage...m=29&pos=95
  8. America's education system is fine. I might change my screen name to "General Maylay". That's awesome phonetical spelling. I thought most browsers had built in spell checkers by now?
  9. yeah, his mother gave birth to him without a brain. seriously, at this point he's just trolling. though I'd like to know who the they he is talking about. me thinks he is just listening to too much Ice Cube. You know Gun...THEM. Should be noted he posted the exact same thing over at HT.
  10. Lot of anger there. Why so down on the old free market Cuddles?
  11. My sentiments exactly. I almost pulled the trigger on these online then stopped, realized that all three of the TRUs near me still have the FIRST 5 packs out (not to mention the SRO's and TRU Excl. 5 packs), and decided to wait. I'm really excited for them, but they're be easy pickings soon enough.
  12. Well, since I am part of ebay's fraud divison for NASCAR Autographs, I had them look into him and they ended up kicking him off of ebay. I knew what was up and tried to warn people...Hopwever, If you were at the Raven, you saw that I got bashed for it and banned at last after I was attacked ( For trying to help people mind you ). Just not a fan of the Raven...gave it a try for a few months, but it was kind of amateur hour. I moved my Indy posting/reading to here, RS and SSG. Good folks there, and here as well.
  13. Those all look great man! Sheesh, if they'd done for the actual product I'd have bought a ton more. Nice work, sir. Did you ever get things settled with that ebay douche?
  14. I was just asking elsewhere if Hasbro actually ever stated that the invisible variant would be a chase figure or, simply, a variant. There's a big a distinction. In terms of what folks want to pay for one or the other...doesn't matter to me one iota. Isn't my money.
  15. I've seen BATS a number of times. I even have two spares MOC (one from an HTS order, one I got in a case of Wave 10 from BBTS). The only figure I have absolutely never once seen in a store is Major Bludd; I had to buy it off a local toy dealer for $10. The rereleases are going to make a lot of this chatter pointless though -- believe me, Hasbro wants to take your money -- it just takes a while for the pipeline to fill up enough to meet the (wholly unexpected) demand this line has generated.
  16. Dynamite Heat Viper bud, very well done. I know how frustrating gunky elbows and paint mixing can be. You pulled off a real gem.
  17. Thanks Yeah, JBL is my favorite: http://joebattlelines.com/reviews/toys/25t...rsary/index.htm
  18. Back in the 83 they only released the skier with Zartan himself as the driver. I wouldn't expect it to come with any other characters. It's his signature and usually exclusive vehicle. Ripper and Torch were on the latest list as single carded figures, they could have swamp skiers and be labeled as cartoon figures. Yeah, I believe the Noks are getting re-released with Swamp Skiers; hence why this Zartan is called "Swamp Squad"; no one man can be a squad.
  19. I agree. It's all about the paint scheme they employ. I don't give a hoot about what parts went into a figure (with the exception of the Duke arms) so long as the look is consistent with the overall asthetic. 100% new sculpts are a bonus for sure, but it's not even close to a dealbreaker for me. Re-using molds has been the bread & butter of the Joe line since day one. I think Scarlett was the only unique sculpt in the first 13; everyone else shared parts.
  20. I like it a lot. I think it's the best SS redco yet.
  21. thanks. I've been asked to do as Ghost Rider, so I just may attempt it. And if it looks as good as I think it will, I'll likely make make you an offer on it!
  22. Another dose of awesome from Gunslinger. Dude's the best there is. I'd love to see you tackle a Ghostrider.
