  1. WOW, thats incredible! there is soooo much detail and its soo accurate. blows mine out of the water! sheesh, many props to you b/c i realized while sculpting my 3 3/4 in. master chief how difficult it is to work with such a tiny figure.

btw, how much did yours sell for?

  2. I have just completed sculpting a ml showdown and gi joe 25 anniersary (3 3/4in.) scale halo 2/3 master chief. I am very proud of how well it looks. but, his knee pads keep falling off. so, my question is, which looks better, knee pads on , or off? i can always glue them back on if i have to and still retain articulation. LMK what ya think! :D

btw, after its done, it will go on ebay. look for it on ebay tomorrow.

  3. well, the SM3 wave looks a tad better, but still flat out sucks.

the FF wave looks decent. but sue only as 12 poa and namor doesnt have many either. that hurts them both. moleman is gong to be the new , least articulated legend. and WTF was hasbro thinking with that mr.fantastic?

    ML3 rachel variant is nice.

ML4 looks very, very good in my opinion. esp. axm beast and black bolt. nova is kinda cartoony looking.

Icons nightcrawler looks amazing. phoenix looks like kathy griffin, aside from the head, she looks pretty good. nice to see that there is a dark phoenix variant though.

man, i really hpe hasbro has something else up their sleeves that they arent showing yet.

and the new knee joints hasbro is using look wonky.

are there pics of SHS yet?

  4. well, after searching around, all i could think of was a black x-23 head. but, now i still gotta figure out which hair to use. i could use x-23's hair but i would like to find something better. any ideas?

and i really want to make a "power absorbed" rogue. like from adj. less x-men #188. with battle damage(rips+holes is costume)and different powers showing. i have thought of this so far:

    cyclops-red eyes

    emma-clear parts

    cannonball-flames from FF1 torch

how could i do mystique, cable, colossus, iceman, karima, etc.?

and if i use interchangeable parts, how could i do this by using Mr.f pegs from the stretch attachments?

if you actually took the time to read this mongo post, thank you.

and thank you if you have any suggestions.

  5. i want to know which to use. i want her to have a sort of expressionless face.(like she is usually drawn.) kind of like this:

suggestions? and i might as well ask what hair could be used for the custom.

(i dont know if this should have gone in the custom section even though there isnt a finished product) this thread may be moved there if its te proper place

  6. i saw some of your other customs on fwoosh are better but this one isnt bad. i think that if you touch up the paint on her boot and shorts a little bit, it will look better. i think that the hair and head looks pretty good. and yea everyone else is right, there are no good young ML bodies.

  7. the lineup is :danger,cyclops,rachel,hydra sold.,black knight,X3 colossus, kirby cap,and bucky.

im most looking forward to cyclops to help finish off the AXM team. next is rachel. i must say, im really liking the new look hasbro is going for (see rachel and cap). it looks more like comic book drawings and less like real people.
