http://www.kebcotoys.com Do NOT order from Small Blue Planet. Their 2-packs are $8.95, while shipping for a single 2-pack is $9.00!
-
Sorry but no. Super glue isn't that strong on plastic. It costs more and is a pain to use, but some kind of epoxy would provide much better strength.
-
I ordered the Scarlett/Storm Shadow and Flint/Baroness 2-packs yesterday, and I hope they arrive soon. Baroness is still a disappointment for me. How hard is it to do a simple and nice color scheme, and give her hair? Flint, on the other hand, is still my favorite fom the new series. SS looks better in black and white than he does in white with red leotards. I was also going to get the new blue Viper, but they're all on Ebay and no reissue is worth it.

I just ordered the two from Small blue planet. Their shipping charges are obscene and I didn't find out until it's too late. Anyway, I underestimated the demand for Zartan in red pants. That thing is sold out damn near everywhere.

Shadow Hearts, a cool RPG set in the late 1800's and early 1900's.
-
I'm not sure if I'll get one. So far the small vehicles have been a disappointment. The Viper is tempting though, but I'll oly get it if the other Joe items I want can't be found.

Started on Shadow Hearts a while back before all the bad stuff started. I plan on finishing it this week. It's surprisingly good even though it starts off dull.

1. Went into the store to get Star Wars figures, saw the more posable Joes and went for them instead. That was in 1982. 2. Macross, Transformers, Final Fantasy, misc other stuff. 3. Yes. I still have the Megatron and Gears I bought in 1984 and the Hoist that was given to me for Christmas in 1985. 4. Gears never came with accessories. Hoist has his hands but that's it. I finally got all the pieces to Megatron so he's now complete again. They're all in excellent condition.

My predictions: 1. More TRU exclusives. 2. More exclusives for ________ (insert whatever store that just happens to be regional and exactly 1,000 miles away from where you live). 3. More ultra-limited convention exclusives 4. More on Ebay at ridiculous prices (see 1, 2, and 3) 5. More fans doing without (see 1, 2, 3, and 4) 6. Hasbro finally releases a new masked Cobra Commander instead of the hooded ones, but it's an ultra-limited one to 5 made for the whole world. To get one you must knife-fight in Hasbro's parking lot for the amusement of the executives. 7. Seriously, I expect lots and lots and lots of recolors. With the Cobra nameless soldiers, this is great, but for all the named characters it'll get dull fast. Who here wants ten repaints of the new Destro? 8. Maybe they'll eventually make a new all-black Snake Eyes and all-white Storm Shadow. 9. After being severely embarrased by the kick-ass Cy Girls figures, Hasbro will either scrap or cave in and improve the 12" Joe vs. Cobra figures. I'd tear off my own leg and beat people with it if Hasbro would make a 12" Baroness to the level of quality of the Cy Girls, and the guys in the series are also great and worth owning. 10. Hasbro caves in and makes a Joe video game. If they know what's good for them they'll let the makers of Metal Gear Solid make it. 11. Steven Spielberg buys out Hasbro, replaces all guns in the Joe line with walkie-talkies, and declares that Cobra will no longer be a ruthless terrorist organization but a ruthless "hippie" organization ( a little E.T. remake stab in there).

Hasbro sucks! Whoooo!!!!! Not really, but the tabs do suck. They're not a problem for me though because I have a little stockpile of old weapons that I can use. Auction lots of piles of accessories come up all the time on Ebay. You can always try that for replacements.

I also have the Funskool Zartan. I had to paint eye brows on mine so it looks less creepy.
-
I'd also like a dark green as well as an all-black one.

What's The Strangest Game You've ever played?
Three Storms replied to 1846D7M8's topic in Action Figures
I remember that. It was strange. -
Graham at Macrossworld, who does speak to Yamato, said that you can expect a $130 - $150 price range and a late 2002 or early 2003 release for the big-ass VF-1's. Fast pack accessories will be sold eparately.
-
They are not bad toys at all, they're just not $80 toys. I wouldn't pay that for a Yamato or Bandai, nevertheless a domestic release. If you want one, go to Ebay and try to get one for less than the $80 retail.
-
I saw it at Wal-Mart this morning, was so tempted to get it, but little voices in the PS/2 video game section yelled: "No! Come over here instead!" The voices won. Bastards.
-
I really don't know if there was a previous one. The upcoming game show that'll show off new stuff both domestically in Japan as well as international releases will be held Sept. 20 - 22.
-
hmm.......Game Cube?

Why are they advertizing the cartoon on figures NOW?
Three Storms replied to firestongue's topic in G.I. Joe
Hopefully if enough kids see it, it'll prompt CN to put it back on, and at a better time slot. -
I just me the new Bandai Super Valkyrie Today
Three Storms replied to Reminator's topic in General Toy Talk
Nice. I still want one, but every time I get close, a little Yamato yells "No! It's a trap! Get more Yamato's!" It is nice to get one so cheap though. Not that long ago originals were selling for up to $800 MIB, so the price is definitely welcome. -
Most awesome Generation 1 set 2 Decepticon - Poll
Three Storms replied to Commander Shockwave's topic in Transformers
Shockwave by a mile, especially the comic version. -
There's going to be a Knight Rider video game. Odd but true. It's for Europe and I don't know if it'll get a US release. Also, at the upcoming 2002 Tokyo Game show, they'll finally show us what the two FF-X sequels look like, among many many other things, including a new ZOIDs game for the Game Cube. http://www.the-magicbox.com/gaming.htm

I hope you're right. Sculpt-wise Flint is one of my favorites from the new line.

Nah. Just try a "shaving" approach by only taking a little off at a time.
