Hasbro has had distribution problems for years. It's far from anything new, which is probably why it's so frustrating. Every time they come out with something cool, half will have ease finding it and the other half of the customers will be frustrated beyond belief.

I'd love to see how they're made, I know its a lot more then filling a simple mold with plastic.
its a bunch of molds for hundreds of pieces, and paint machines, sticker machines, packaging machines, twist tie machines, etc.
Besides, the show seems to focus on American and Canadian factories, and I have yet to see anything that would indicate that they're willing to go to China.

The original Galvy toy is terrible, and there's plenty of room for Hasbro to make a new one that's so much better, so I hope they don't screw it up by repainting Megatron.

A little late, but, I just saw thisThey really need to make a video game, action figures, (not Toddy's statues) and paper comic sometime soon.DC Comics To Publish "Heroes" Graphic Novel
and
Mezco Toyz To Make Heroes Action Figures
I thought I saw something about a game (board game? in France?) but, I can't find it now.
From 3" to 18"? Sounds pretty cool. I agree with Jack and hopethey don't do the statues or the "unarticulated from the waste down and a couple of articulation points on the arms, which were really sculpted to only be in one position anyway."

Any Joe game MMO or otherwise should be modelled after Metal Gear Solid. That style is perfect for a Joe game. Make it like Metal gear Solid: Portable Ops, in which you can recruit either real people through the net or game-generated players.

Stores are always like that with returning returned merchandise to the pegs if they don't see anything wrong with it, and clueless employees usually don't see anything wrong. Everyone's seen switched out figures on the pegs at one point or another. My favorite is seeing corps figures.

Ebay!!!
There should be plenty there.
Buy enough, and you get an autographed picture of Pat Lee with his Porsche and an undeserved look of accomplishment on his face.

The Rattler and Dragonfly were made into toys, but sometimes errors by animators caused them to look messed-up like in those pics. There's also a 2-seat Trouble Bubble in one episode.

Let the cards sit for enough decades, and the glue will eventually get old and just let go of the bubble. Of course that requires more years than you're willing to wait.
I just use an Xacto blade to cut the bubble off as close to the card as I can. That's what I do. I don't care if there's a small amount of plastic left on the card.

Anyway, does anyone else have a problems with the package art showing Piper's kilt ending above his knees? It's not a friggin' mini-skirt, it's a kilt! Hopefully, the figure won't mirror that.
It probably will just to give the legs some degree of articulation.
Doesn't mean you should look up his kilt though.

I'll take Hasbro's...save some bucks.
I am really really tempted to do that too, but I don't want the weathering effects, and even though the Takara version will cost more, it'll mean less pain in my ass removing unwanted paint.

I think the MMS was briefly shown in one of the two movies that came out before the 1985 series.

V.1 Viper

It's also a January release, which tells you that the studio doesn't expect it to be a big hit.

what model car is sunstreaker, looks like the front end of a Gallardo, and the back end of a Mclaren F1
Gallardo. Over the past few years, Hasbro has made cars look similar to real cars, but different enough as to not get sued for making car likenesses without permission.

It does look better but is it shiny plastic or vac-form metallic coating? Looks like it's shiny plastic
-
Cliffjumper doesn't look too bad. The Blackout repint looks like crap though. They could have done a better job with the coast guard colors. A Lamborghini Sunstreaker kicks all sorts of ass, and I really hope they make it. The new series is stupid. Once again Hasbro wipes it's ass with the fans to produce junk that they think will sell to kids but probably won't. The Soundwave with guitar is easily the worst idea.

Shoe transformers = bad!!!
Sorry but I just don't like these at all.

The Air Trooper has the J.U.M.P. JET PACK!!! @faint@ , The Air Trooper has the J.U.M.P. JET PACK!!! @faint@ , The Air Trooper has the J.U.M.P. JET PACK!!! @faint@
Now gimme my Starduster and Grand Slam
I love that the JUMP pack still exists.I hate the fact that Hasbro has been sitting on it and not used it til now.I agree we need a Grand Slam and Starduster right now Hasbro!!!!!
I plan to get a couple just to have an extra pack to repaint for Joes to use. That's a cool idea that should have resurfaced years ago, an dI am glad to see it back, even if it's for Cobra.
Now the big thing is ti wait and see what all Hasbro does after the 25 figures for the 25th anniv. line. I am hoping sales will be strong enough to get them to keep it going.

Those are so lame. What do bears have to do with Transformers?
They're cooler than the Nike shoe transformers.

Buzzer: over-sized chainsaw has to go. Otherwise very nicely done.
Lady Jaye: no. They're starting to get better at doing females in the new line, but not quite there yet
Serpentor: needs a longer cape but otherwise cool as hell.
Beach Head: very cool, and better than expected. He looks like with wave 2 Hasbro is pulling away from the Microman look
Zartan: undecided. Looks improves over previous versions but he's one of those I need to see in real life before deciding
Red Ninja: ditch the anal probe and he'll be OK
Firefly: eh.....need to see painted
Shipwreck: looks cool. Nice old-school look instead of over-doing him. Simple works for him.
Storm Shadow repaint: don't like. Simple works best for him too.
CC repaint: eh........crimson would have been cooler for that mold
gray HISS driver: very cool and nice take on a rare Cobra

I still like the 1986 one the most, simply because of character development. The new movie is a bit shallow on the character side of the Transformers and leaves no room for personality. It's all action for the Transformers with all the character development placed on the humans.

I just started watching this series its pretty I'd say I am about half way into the first season or so where they are going on about the cheerleader
I am pretty damned impressed with this series the writing style reminds me quite a bit of lost but its much better I'm looking for more info on this series , like
how many seasons is it going to go for
What kinda merchandise is out there for it
does it have a actual comic ?..
Toys?..
Ect
Sorry no merchandise, but I expect that comic that tells of the future to show up as a collectible eventually, as well as the usual unarticulated action figures from McFarlane or Sideshow, as well as mini-busts. In other words, the usual..............
The show is great. I found the first couple of episodes to be boring, but I kept watching it, and grew to like it a lot to where it's the best new show since the new Battlestar Galactica.

I for one would love to see the return of the mail order figure.
So would I. It was cool in the original RAH series in which they had mail-in for Cobra Commander, Slaughter, various vehicle drivers, and Starduster.
Personally I'd love for them to do another Starduster.

Don't know, but what I can warn people is to avoid the figure baggies Brian's Toys sells. They're cheap POS's that deteriorate in as little as a couple of months, forming holes big enough for accessories and even the figures to fall out of
