They are already out. The second wave is out too.
-
Actually R-3PO doesn't have those silver highlights. The picture that they used for the packaging back in 2004 was of a droid from the senate scene in The Phantom Menace.
-
Too bad it doesn't have the top hatch were Lando grabbed Luke But hey we got enough They need to keep something for when they tweak it just enough to make it new and rerelease it.

They now have boxed front and back images. Images

Custom Sandcrawler In Scale With 3 3/4" Figures
SnTrooper replied to Bespin refugee's topic in Star Wars
That is why Hasbro doesn't make in scale vehicles. -
It was good. Nothing great but nothing to complain about either. April Fools Day didn't sneak in like it does some years. Which is always a good thing.

Thank you

This is the first convention exclusive that I'm actually going to get.

Target Exclusive Aayla Secura's Jedi Starfighter
SnTrooper replied to Bespin refugee's topic in Star Wars
As far as I know they are just repacks. There may be slight differences from being made 3 years after the originals. But nothing overly noticeable. -
Target Exclusive Aayla Secura's Jedi Starfighter

Actually I believe it is Obi-wan's. Aayla loans it to him in the comics. -
Toy Fair 2008: Target Exclusive TFU Battle Rancor With Rider
SnTrooper replied to Bespin refugee's topic in Star Wars
I'm not interested in this Rancor. But I am very interested in the rumored RotJ Rancor which will use this new sculpt. Very nice looking. -
I finally realized why I'm so disappointed that these are an animated style. It means we are not getting good versions of movie characters that we have yet to get. I have been looking forward to this line because I have figured we would finally get Grievous and many other figures that badly need resculpts. But now my hopes have been dashed and now I'm going to have to wait even longer for them. I kind of doubt Hasbro will even put out new versions of characters that are in CW in the normal line because they will put them in the CW line.

I was hoping for a correct red suited Ten Numb. Oh well.

According to POTF2.com these figures are rumored to be in the line. Anakin Skywalker Obi-Wan Kenobi Yoda Federation Battle Droid R2-D2 Captain Rex General Grievous Clone Trooper Ahsoka with Rotta the Hutt Count Dooku Commander Cody Oddball Super Battle Droid Clone Trooper C-3PO Kit Fisto Asajj Ventress Destroyer Droid IG-series Assasin Droid

I believe so.There was only 9 figures in the line and I remember only seeing five. Never really saw the Stormtrooper,Obi-Wan,Han Solo or Chewbacca figures. If I remember right Obi-Wan, Han, and Chewbacca came out after the line ended as an exclusive three pack.
-
Both of these were just a matter of time.
-
This makes sense to me since most (if not all) of these figures will not be in the new series. And if they are they will probably look different. This is Hasbro's last chance to release a lot of figures from the micro series. Because once the CG series starts the micro series will be put on the back burner along with the 80s and 90s EU. One or two figures will be released now and then but they will be few and far between.
-
All of them are new sculpts.
-
Nice customs. Why make up a story about them being official variants though? You could have at least made up a plausible story. 1. Hasbro has never "randomly" packaged variants in the Star Wars line. 2. The TIE pilot is just a normal pilot and not a 181st. 3. There is no gold UGH Bespin Han.
-
About time they continued these. I wonder why it took them so long.

Judging by the fact that everything but the color scheme of Graak, from the sculpt to the picture on the coin is based on Lumat from the vintage line. And that Lumat instead of Graak has a sticker in the pack of stands. It's safe to say that Graak was originally going to be Lumat. So what happened? Why was Lumat changed to Graak? And are there any plans to release a repainted Lumat?

30th Anniversary Wave 1 For 2008 Hi-Res Images
SnTrooper replied to Bespin refugee's topic in Star Wars
No, it's Vader's. The rebel 2-1B didn't have the syringe hand. I'm surprised that they are repacking the 2007 figures with stands. I thought for sure that they would have still came with coins. Especially since the 2008 Saga Legends will have coins. I'm happy I'm not trying to get all the coins because the ones from the AotC wave will be really hard to come by if they are only shipped once. -
The reissues will be by the end of the year. The new ones will be early next year. They are not exclusives.

Yes, and it's removable. http://www.rebelscum.com/SWFD/Hasbroevolutions/image10.asp

SnTrooper replied to Bespin refugee's topic in Star Wars
From pictures of it earlier this year at the conventions (where the third leg was shown) and from the wires on the "feet".
