  1. Looks good B! Repost when you do those touch-ups we talked about! Oh yeah, why did you use 2 left legs on her? @smilepunch@ Starman
  2. OMFG!!!! Jazz!!!!!! starscream ...meh ratchet ...meh Starman
  3. As a completist, I 'll but 'em all. Even though I don't care for some of the characters, if I didn't have 'em I'd be regretting it later. Besides, at least we're not getting another Wolvie, Hulk, Iron Man, or Punisher.. WHOOPS my bad. Anyway, my point is, at least we're not seeing alot of rehashed characters (which TB WAS guility of on occasion). So chalk it up to variety and be happy with it. Because if it was alot of "redone" figs we would all feel like we were getting screwed by Hasbro and there would be no end of complaints. Starman
  4. Voyager Prime is absolutely friggin awesome!!! He is much more streamlined than the leader class version. To me he seems more accurate to the movie, while the leader version has stronger elements of the "classic" look. Starman
  5. Well, as I heard it, TB was losing money since wave 6 on the Marvel Legends line. This was due to several reasons, like the massive screw-ups by Toy Biz International (which is a seperate company than TB), which included losing molds, and scraping entire production runs due to inferior materials, among others. Enter Hasbro. They buy the license for ML and thus TB (or if you prefer, Marvel Toys) now has income to pursue other lines and try to regain their profit margins. So although now they no longer have ML, TB has the capitol to license single characters from independant creators, which is cheaper than licenseing an entire universe from another publisher. Starman
  6. Yeah, I saw these at the local WM on Sunday and thought "WTF is this???" Starman

    Emma Frost

Wow!!! I see what you were telling me. Looks good! Starman
  8. How about a Ninja Wolvie or a HoM Wolvie head on the Hasbro Ultimate Wolverine? I'm thinking of a HoM head to use on mine. Starman
  9. Look, it's simple. We need: the ML style neck ball-jointed shoulders upper arm swivel double elbows in some cases pec joints in some cases ( Spidey, Quicksilver, etc) wrist some kind of finger posing mid torso joint waist ball-jointed hips double knees and the cool TB style ankles mid foot, multi finger, and calf articulation weren't necessary for most figures though. Man, that is AWESOME!!!! Starman
  11. Well for what it's worth I 'd like to say "Thanks" to Glaken and Jin for the info. Jin went above and beyond, but Glaken bought this to our attention. We're all adults here so let's act like it, quit giving Glaken crap because he thought we might like to know this info. If he made speculations, so be it, he still posted info that he thought, as his "community" would find useful. The way I see it, he was doing all of us customizers a service by airing this info, and for that he should be thanked, not vilified. Starman
  12. I am really searching for an Ibuki figure in the black costume from Sota Street Fighter Round 4. If anyone has one for sale or trade PLEASE PM me ASAP. Thanks in advance, Starman
  13. WOW!! Draven that was quick!!! (Note the sarcasm) I mean, I gave you that, what, a month ago? @loll@
  14. Ha-Ha!!! @loll@ Yeah , I remember you whining about that one for HOURS!!!
  15. Sorry, got em fixed!!!
  16. Up next in my line of Starman customs comes The Shade. Made from the following: Tophat, coat and cane from Willy Wonka. Head from FF Classics Mr. Fantastic. Body from Ghost Rider Blackheart. Thighs from Raging Ghost Rider. Feet from Mosters Box set Dracula. Shadow substance from an Iron Fist. Painted black with a purple drybrush. Glasses from X Men Cyclops Movie figure. Tophat was hollowed out with a dremel to accomodate head. Upper part of the thighs was hollowed out to fit the pegs from Blackhearts hip ball-joints. This was done to lengthen the legs, since Blackheart has a "gorilla arms" look due to his long arms and short legs. Paint used was Citadel Skull white mixed with black to create the light gray scarf. The rest was painted with testors Dragon Black. Here are images from the beginning to the finished fig. I hope you enjoy! Keep them comments comin!! Starman
  17. Seen em at 1 Wal-Mart , 1 KB and Hastings. 2 of those locations are the same stores as Draven posted.
  18. First time I saw em there was only 1 Jean and 1 She-Hulk, I snagged those. Then a few days later went to KB and they had 1 of each except Thor and She-Hulk, snagged the ones I needed from there. I STILL haven't seen Thor anywhere. I guess I join the ranks of the headless Blobs...
  19. Try some Games Workshop paints. You can find them at hobby stores.

  21. You can't actually make him hold it with the way the hand is molded. Try boiling his arm in hot water, then place the cane in his hand, bend the fingers around it and hold it that way while you run it under cold water. That's what I did, and it worked.
  22. Dang Guys, No Comments?!? C'mon, give a guy some love!!
  23. OK. Here's the formula. Face Off Daredevil Variant head and body. Elbows and forearms from Iron fist, dremeled to fit. Cape from Moon Knight, cut to match David's cape. Painted with Citadel paints. Hopeyou guys like it1 ENJOY!!! Starman
