Cartoon Network is showing G.I.Joe:The Movie again. Will they show different episodes next week or are they planning on showing the same episodes until G.I.Joe moves to Saturday Nights?

    Wow....Wave FIVE already?

    Emma Grace Frost
    By Emma Grace Frost,

I'm glad and all that people have what seem to be totally great figures already, but I'm still looking for wave four    Oh well, I'll find them eventually, and they will be everywhere, but every other wave so far I've found pretty much right away. I did manage to pick up a Dart/CLAWS two pack which is great. Dart, although having eyes of two different sizes, is a great figure. I'm calling him Spirit. As for CLAWS...I've loved every version so far, and this is indeed my fave...the O-ring is a great addition, and the purple I think work's best and finally looks like the freakin' filecard image. I saw the Heavy Duty and Skullbuster which I thought about buying but although Skullbuster is very nice, Heavy Duty is the same awful figure I originally bought to get the Neo-Viper...The Heavy Duty with the second CLAWS is much better though.

CHECK OUT THE WINNER!!! weakest link.....DREADNOKS!!!

    Chazz
    By Chazz,

what's up ya'll, i wanted to run a weakest link post on DREADNOKS to find out who would be that last dreadnok standing. since this is a pretty short game it should be intresting to see how it goes since there's so many diffrent taste and opinions on this forum. i didn't include ZARTAN because he's the obvious and i only choose figures that were made because i thought it would be easier that way.if i forgot any just pm me and i'll add them on the list because this list is strictly from memory and figures i have. each round will end every 24hrs so make sure you cast your votes daily. hope you participate in picking the baddest mutha' truckin' dreadnok out there.......

    wave 5 is grrrrreat!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Joe Boy
    By Joe Boy,

Hey guys and gals I just got most of wave five yesterday, all bu the glider, recondo vs iron grenaider and torpedo vs burnout. Let me tell you wave five totaly rocks. None of my figures had any problems with loose orings. These figs are just like the old joes. My favorite so far would have to be crosshair. This fig is amazing. The only one that I dont like that much is hacker. Anyone who liked the old joes will definately enjoy these.

OMFG Iron Grenadier (Wave 5) Is the BEST!!!

Scalpel actually has a very subtle pink scar running down his right eye down to his cheek. It's very neat and adds a bit more to an otherwise dull Medi-Viper, I like him alot!

The Iron Grenadiers are without question the coolest troopers out of JvC, totally changes my opinion of where the line was heading! :)-

    CHIEF TORPEDO!

    Toiletmonkey1
    By Toiletmonkey1,

I just got my wave 5 chief torpedo in the mail today! and he is the most awsome figure in the GvC line yet! his proportions are good,he hold his weapons perfectly, paint job is sweet, they did do paint wipes on his uniform but it looks really good. adds charactor to him i think. his weapons are molded in brown but with the coloring on this figure it works so well.i cant stop smiling just lookin at him :)

just awsome! :)- :)- :)- :)- if he is a sign of things to come then things really are looking up! i hope they stay with this style...more like wave 1 but only with the o-ring and less bulky anyway......he is awsome

    that is all

    Tiger Force exclusive

    Emma Grace Frost
    By Emma Grace Frost,

Hey, does anyone know when this is scheduled to be released. I remember seeing the prototypes this summer, and haven't heard much about it since then. The Jinx, Dial-Tone, Stalker, and Sabretooth (firefly) all look pretty nice. Wasn't there a rumor about a Python Patrol Exclusive as well? Something about Major Bludd as the leader as well...it sounds nice as well, maybe if it went something like this

Major Bludd (repaint of Sonic fighters)

2 Cobra Soldiers (repaint of original Cobra figures, if they still have the mold)

Tomax and Xamot (okay maybe they would look silly in phython garb, but whatever, the mold may work well with it.)

Darklon (the python design should work great on this figure)

    1 Python CLAWS (O-ringed)

    1 Python Neo-Viper (O-ringed)

Gundam figure of the year: JEAGAN?! (review inside)

    Preventer MK II
    By Preventer MK II,

I kid you not. This has got to be, without a doubt, the best Gundam figure to come out since the Shining Gundam, and it definitely kicks the crap out of every other figure in the Char's Counter-Attack series.

The Jeagan is easily the most underwhelming suit in the Char's Counter-Attack movie. I looks like nothing more than a flashy GM Custom from 0083. Ban Dai even had the balls to put it in that horrible toothpaste color (though it's supposed to be the palest of blues). But despite off this, Ban Dai gives this figure a treatment that none of the other CCA figures recieved.

Firstly, it recieved double jointed knees. The thing can kneel, especiall ysince there is no hip armor to restrict its movement. Right of the bat it has some of the most posable legs of any Gundam figures. To ensure a stable hold of the Base Jabber, the figure has hands much like the Gundam v. 2.0 the ball joint is mounted to the wrist, and you simply pop the hands on. The waist a full 360 degrees of unrestricted movement. Factor that with some exceptional ankle joints and let the good poses begin.

The Base Jabber itself is a great acessory. Unlike both Dodais, the Base jabber has 10 movable parts on it (4 attitude thrusters, 2 main thrusters, and 4 hand grips for the Jeagan to hold) However, much like the Dodais, that pose you see on the box is a pain to get, as there really is no means of supporting the figure 100% when it's standing (or in this case, propping yourself up on one arm to shoot).

The real selling point here is the close attention to detail. the weapon holders for the Jeagan have a wide range of mobility, and both deploy to release their weapons (right side has the beam saber, left side has three REALLY SMALL removable grenades), and the Base Jabber, though it didn't really need to have it, has the ability to hold an additonal figure on its underbelly, very much like in the movie.

Also, those who have qualms with the beamsabers from the CCA line will be happy to know this one has solid blade much like the Shining Gundam. It will hold >.<

Great posability, great detail, above par acessories, great value at $10 though some pet peeves with the color. 9.8 out of 10

    How did I miss that?

    Cool KB Toys Find!

    Devilbat
    By Devilbat,

Hey all! Devil Bat here. Over the weekend, I went to a local KB and found some KB exclusive(?) GvsC two-pack two-packs; two two-packs for $9.99! They come on this big two-foot long black GvsC card. (It looks like something you would see at Sam's Club or something.) Anyway, that's not the best part; one of the two-packs included was the elusive Gung-Ho vs. Destro repaint set I didn't have!! Most of these sets seemed to be composed of the Wave 1.35 repaint stuff. But wasn't that a great find? GvsC two-packs for $5.00 each? Cool! I bought two of 'em; each one had a Heavy Duty vs. C.L.A.W.S. repaint set, and a Gung-Ho vs. Destro repaint set each. I mainly bought them to army build with the C.L.A.W.S., and I thought I could offer the Gung-Ho vs. Destro repaint set to somebody here that may need it like I did. I'm assuming it's still hard to get. There's only one thing: the Gung-Ho has his goatee and mustache thingy, and I was under the impression that the repainted version was "shaved". Am I wrong about that? Also, the two-pack has a "Not for individual sell!" sticker on the bubble covering the bar-code, and I don't think the card itself is mint. But they are indeed the repaints because Gung-Ho's a light green with black straps, etc. and Destro's a dark blue instead of black like the original. I'd be willing to trade or sell the set outright (for $5.00 like I paid for it plus $3.00 for Priority Mail shipping) if anybody's interested. Otherwise I'll just sell it on eBay. Let me know! :D
