We did. We got a ton of Predators from the second movie. We never got Mike Harrigan, because Randy Falk didn't want to make him.

I know they keep telling us the money is in the Predators rather than the humans, but I'd still love to see the rest of Dutch's Team, Harrigan, Naru...

NECA tried for years to get Carl Weathers to sign off on a Dillon figure, but they never could get him to agree to a deal. Jesse Ventura flat out said no to a figure of Blain, and they kept away from Sonny Landham due to his bizarre affiliation with multiple white nationalist groups and his very public use of ethnic slurs during a failed Senate campaign back in 2008. I have no idea if NECA ever approached Bill Duke and/or Richard Chaves, but I would guess not. There would have been no way to complete the team, anyway. I'm surprised they made a figure of Hawkins, but it was a San Diego Comic Con exclusive, and Shane Black and Fox were promoting his Predator movie there, so I assume they got his likeness rights for cheap along with the rights to make the Predators from his awful movie, and at the time, they all probably thought a Hawkins figure might be a good promotional tool for the movie. 
Naru would really be great. But yeah, but the time Prey came out NECA seemed to have lost any interest they had left in making human characters from the movies.
I've been lamenting the lack of Harrigan lately, as Danny Glover's gonna be at a con I'll be attending in a few weeks, and I would have really loved to have a figure of him to sign. Ah well.
I like this Predator 2 poster figure quite a bit, but I'm gonna need to see the thing in person, I think, before pulling the trigger.
