And they will be sold out again in less than 30 seconds

Not true. Dusty and cena sold out in a few hours, logan a couple of days and hulk in under an hour.

And anyway, these will be available later in the fall.

This is good for those who like them. I'm not getting them since I'm into articulation... I really want that new British Bulldog figure coming up from 94-95 attaire... He looked fantastic at that time. Super muscular. I really wanted to look like him in that era.😀☕💡👍💪

25 bucks for a block of solid rubber? What are they smoking?

They're actually made up of 2 pieces...supposedly hollow too.

I loved and collected this line as a kid but, would have to agree to some extent. I can't imagine anyone who didn't grow up with these being excited by this revival. Especially pricing them comparable to modern action figures too.

As someone who had his whole collection thrown away by someone being spiteful.....I'm very excited and got 2 Hulk Hogans.

The lure of nostalgia is a strong one, even in spite of advances in technology - just look at the revival of vinyl for evidence of that. Unless I'm filling a gap in an existing vintage collection, any retro style doesn't interest me, but there are plenty of people that do, so if they like it then good for them.

As for new collectors of a vintage form factor they don't have a nostalgic tie to... I'm sure they exist. These types of figures appealed back in the day and there's plenty of unarticulated/statue-ish products out there nowadays that someone's buying them, so why not?

I would be excited about the 2 hogans i had preordered except one was on a black card (which does nothing for me since I didnt own any of the grand toys '89 figs) and the other one was a little beat up (planing to keep it moc since i already own a loose ljn hogan). So ended up returning both.

Also im seeing they're already marked down to 15 bucks lol.

I overpaid for a Black card Hogan to hang on my wall with my Blue Card.  I'm not getting the hot dog tan versions.  If I had known you had a black card I would taken it off your hands.
