G.I. Joe Snake Eyes Video Game Preview

Atomic Arcade, a AAA gaming studio under Wizards of the Coast and Hasbro yesterday released on social media early in-engine renders of Snake Eyes.

"We are hard at work on our game centered on Snake Eyes, the legendary ninja/commando from G.I. Joe, and we wanted to share a glimpse of the awesome work our team is doing. Here is a peek at our Snake Eyes character model rendered in-engine."

How there hasn't been a decent game based on G.I. Joe is absolutely beyond me when the first person shooter genre has been dominant for literally decades now and the IP lines up perfectly for use in such a thing...

 

Anyway, very nice renders. I could see some sort of "Assassin's Creed with machine guns" approach working for a Snake Eyes solo game.
