Why are they randomly bringing back the Hush body?

Probably just because the first Eradicator (Shockwave) was done on this body buck.

And they also brought back that really lame cape.

Yeah I think this is just a straight up repaint with out the blacked in face.

I see. Lame. Well, at least I don't really care about Eradicator, so I'll be skipping this anyway

Yes, but I'd still like to have it, I'd like to have the Reign of the Supermen characters (I already have the Steel.)

I'm still holding out hope that McFarlane rereleases Steel to look more like the Reign of Supermen classic version.

Yes, I can see that it's not quite the same, but I'm not getting my hopes up, after all it's better than nothing.(Maybe he doesn't have time.)

I still say that by choosing green instead of black, McFarlane has made Jade look like she isn't wearing bottoms.  This figure wasn't high on my list anyway and being a Platinum I would probably have never had the option to purchase her, but that green means I have no interest in her at all.

It should have been a darker shade of green, or perhaps black with green highlights, but making it flat black would have looked wrong too

But... translucent... why?

Because that's what he looks like from the source that this version is taken from? He's a hologram. It's the perfect Platinum variant.

With her spindly legs and arms, she looks like she didn't just skip gym day, she's boycotting gyms for life. Ugh.

Eradicator isn't a hologram, at least not in the Return of Superman story - he has a facsimile body. Even if they were going for an 'energy form' version (which isn't correct to be 'in costume'), that should be yellow, not blue.
