Looking at that outline of G1 Optimus Prime, I wonder if this will be another G1 Prime reissue of some sort? I'm a sucker for G1 reissues so I'm very interested in this one.

Maybe a US version of missing link ? Like the old Pepsi trailer version? Or ghostbusters ecto missing link prime would be cool

It's a basic design I believe, last years, they did the same. Anyhow, I wouldn't mind another Optimus Prime.

We told you last week how the next Walmart Collector-Con event would take place next Thursday on March 13, but now we know that Walmart will start to preview the products they will be selling during the event tomorrow (3/6) at 10am ET.

For Marvel Legends we expect the Marvel Legends Walmart exclusives (77' TV Series Spider-Man and Gamerverse Spider-man 2 Spirit Spider) figures to go up for pre-order next week. Below is the image from the Walmart website which showed a blacked out Spider-Man figure. We replaced the blacked out image with the one Hasbro showed for the 77' Spider-Man several months ago which you can see is an exact match.
 

For Star Wars we know their will be 4 figures. Hasbro officially announced three of those as the Black Series Revenge Of The Sith Cardback Count Dooku, Kit Fisto and R2-D2. The blacked out teaser image shown below seems to tease a Clone Trooper which we assume will be the fourth figure offered during the event.

From Hasbro we should also be seeing Transformers and perhaps for G.I. Joe Classified a Night Force Beach Head and Quick Kick 2-pack which was shown during Toy Fair.

Other companies we know who should have a presence at Collector Con is McFarlane Toys, though we don't have any specifics on what products they might be offering during the event.

I've seen elsewhere that Commissioner Gordon is a Walmart exclusive figure. Maybe he will be part of this.

I've been hearing the GI Joe offering during next week's Collector Con will be Crystal Ball










Makes sense, since he was announced months ago, and there've been leaked photos from the factory for almost as long. Of course, I suppose it's possible that Walmart could be selling Crystal Ball and the two-pack, but for the last several Collector Con events, they seemed to only be selling one GI Joe sku.

So how many of these things being listed are exclusives and how many are going to be for general release?  I'd rather not buy anything from Walmart that I don't absolutely have to.  I know the Nightforce Joes are exclusive, but is Crystal Ball?  I assume the Star Wars figs are exclusives as well, but what about the MOTU items?

Crystal Ball is a Walmart exclusive. He's a Night Force enemy, essentially, like Shadow Tracker or the Mole Rat.

They are mimicking the story to the Scare Crow in one of those latest Batman movies in which the guy released   Alucinogen gas that makes people seen him like a monster!
