I am curious about the cowboy and Red Dog & Taurus both look great. I was a Marauders fan back in the day and am glad to have the team. I guess they're coming in a 2-pack.

Yeah ok.

Not sure why the attitude now, I think I am trying to be objective and citing sources too - and I wasn't stating anything is set in stone. But a few of his predictions are now taking an official turn. I can't blame anyone for trying to get views, it's one of the most focal points of being a youtuber. I'm not part of any side and I don't really care of the current beefs or whatsoever. But there are rumors and news circling around, If we aren't allowed to speak about them, then what is the purpose?

From the blue background and the Classified GI Joe star behind it, you can tell the silhouette isn't a Legacy Collection figure. Those have a gray background and a crest that literally says "Legacy Collection" on it.

Maybe but then that would totally give it away right? So would make sense for a teaser they would just put it on a blue back ground to simply signify its a Joe not Cobra. That being said if its not Legacy and not Wild Bill then it would have to be a completely new character which if thats the case, for me personally I could care less. I'm not really looking to start collecting brand new characters that have never been in GIJoe before. I wouldn't fault Hasbro for trying to introduce new characters to try and bring in new blood to the line but for me personally I wouldn't have any interest.

I will say that looking at the picture more closely what originally looked to me like a western Pancho in fact appears to be a vest of some kind which could lead more credence to it being a Retro Wild Bill, but either way I am sure we will find out next week.

It wouldn't totally give it away. We still don't know the character's name or what he looks like aside from a general shape, just that he's a Joe. But word from the Full Force is that it is a brand new character.

Looks like we will be getting a new G.I. Joe Classified reveal next Wednesday (2/11) via Midtown Comics who will be holding live-steam with G.I. Joe scribe Larry Hama on their WhatNot page at 4:30 PM ET.

Now the reveal might actually happen before that as I have seen indications we will be getting 1 new G.I. Joe Classified pre-order that same day only at 1pm ET. It's a pre-order that should be available at all the usual fan-channel retailers like our sponsors BigBadToyStore.com, Entertainment Earth and Nerdzoic.

I have no idea what the pre-order will be but based on this news from Midtown Comics it does have me wondering if maybe we will see some kind of Larry Hama Tribute figure announced. Again that is just total speculation on my part but when more details become available we will be sure to update you here.

Thanks to eBay we have our first in-hand looks at the upcoming G.I. Joe Classified Ninja Force Zartan And Deluxe Cobra-La Royal Guard figures. No word yet on exactly when these will be available for pre-order but likely soon.

I really can't stand how the cheap plastic has ruined the look of some of these figures. The color doesn't come through nearly as well as it used to. I actually love the Cobra La Guard design but the coloring makes it look like it secretly wants to be a happy meal toy.

I'm not sure that the figure plastic in hand is really that different from early in the line.  But what is different is that they make all the weapons rubbery now, so they are constantly bent and completely out of shape (some to the point of not being usable, like the rifles that come with the Retro Cobra Trooper or the M16 that is frequently packed with Joes). They promised to stop doing that but it's not gotten any better.

While I'm not super interested in the Ninja Force characters (I was already out of the line by then as a kid), I think they should have done more to make them stand out from the other classified figures.  May the packaging color could have been a more magenta red?  I dunno, just a thought.  

The only two I'm interested in are Airtight and the Hydro Viper.  Just not feeling the rest.  Hopefully we'll get some really good reveals next weekend.

I think the royal guard looks great like pythona, his colors look better than nemessises did and given it's the same packaging I believe it'll be the sdcc or pulsecon exclusive and available to buy instead of p.o since they're already in hand as well. 

 I couldn't care less about ninja farce zartan, I was over gi joe after 89, I do have heavy duty and some of the later guys but that's just an ugly figure lol can't wait for zanya and the skier though(hopefully they're big enough for zartan)

Given that the Royal Guard is already being shown in package, my guess is that it is a Pulse exclusive of some kind, rather than a convention exclusive (like SDCC -- there was no Pulsecon last year).

According to Chris at Full Force and the breakdown of retailer listings, the Cobra La Royal Guard should be a main line deluxe figure

Oh I must have a Cobra-La Royal Guard, that was such a beloved figure for me as a kid, I still have it, in decent condition, I remember getting it as a gift from a friend, my parents hated G.I. Joe and wouldn't let me have any, they said it was violent and inappropriate for me, and I had to sneak to watch the show, until my mom found out they had morals at the end and then said I could watch it, But I had a rich spoiled friend who's parents literally bought them every single G.I. Joe figure and he would just give me all the figures secretly! (because he actually didn't care and had everything) this was one I remember very well him handing me, because he said pick a few you really like, the Cobra-La Guard one!
