Isn't it because they use the same basic body for everyone?  I passed on Seven because from the neck down she had no resemblance to the character.

They don't, actually, and they've been developing more new bodies over the last couple years, as well. Interesting that you mention the Seven of Nine figure, because that body was produced exclusively for the character.

Interesting.  I'm shocked then that Wesley turned out like this.

They should have worked on Seven's body a bit more.
