He's not Godzooky. Godzooky is Godzilla's nephew from the '70s Hanna-Barbera cartoon, and he had wings. This is Godzilla Junior from the '90s movies, specifically as he appeared in Godzilla vs Space Godzilla from 1994, although in that movie he's referred to as "Little Godzilla."

I seem to remember a live action Godzooky jumping up and down at the end of an old movie. One of the older guy in a monster costume movies. I don't think I've seen the Space Godzilla flick but maybe that's what I'm thinking of.

His name was Minilla, not Godzooky.
