Lionsgate presents a production by Thunder Road Films and 87eleven, directed by Len Wiseman, and features a screenplay by Shay Hatten, based on characters created by Derek Kolstad. The production is led by producers Basil Iwanyk, Erica Lee, and Chad Stahelski. The cast includes Ana de Armas, Anjelica Huston, Gabriel Byrne, Lance Reddick, Catalina Sandino Moreno, and Norman Reedus, with appearances by Ian McShane and Keanu Reeves.

Taking place during the events of John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum, the film follows Eve Macarro (Ana de Armas) who is beginning her training in the assassin traditions of the Ruska Roma.
