I had all of McFarlane's old Shrek figures, and absolutely loved them all. They were so awesome!

I can't help but feel they looked a lot better than these do... so far.

Honestly I agree here, The original Shrek figures McFarlane did years ago l'd say are a bit better, but also sadly they had no articulation either, people would probably love some articulated Shrek figures, MGA did probably the best in the Articulated Shrek figure department.

but on another note, I absolutely hate Shrek, almost as much or more as Austin Powers. *Drops Mic*

Except for the Gingerbread man scene, I hate Shrek, too.  The character and the film.

Posed figures? Last I checked, these are called statues...

If they made figures from The Adventures of Puss in Boots (a spinoff show much better than its origin), maybe I'd be interested, but I hated Shrek.
