Shown below via toybook.com it has been revealed that The Loyal Subjects inked a deal with Hasbro that will allow them to produce host of legacy brands, including My Buddy, Jem, My Pet Monster, Popples, R.O.M. the Space Knight, and the oft-requested M.A.S.K.

The Loyal Subjects when it comes to action figures is best known for their 5" BST AXN line which includes figures from licensed brands such as TMNT.

When more details become available on these witll be sure to let you know.

When it comes to M.A.S.K., The Loyal Subjects CEO Jonathan Cathey was quoted as saying:

M.A.S.K. has all the crazy features, vehicles, small figures with removable helmets, closed-box packaging with that killer logo splash, artwork, and product shots — all coming back. They’re in the same scale, and we’re serving it hot and fresh like ‘85 never left.

All I've seen from them is cartoonish figures with giant heads. Might as well be Funko Pops...

Nothing indicates they can pull off transforming vehicles with action features. Not even simple ones like MASK.

"Cartoonish figures with giant heads"? Where've you seen those? All I've seen is stuff like this that looks pretty normal.

What in the heck are you talking about? They have a huge line of figures and they'd don't have huge heads. Enough with the hyperbole and BS. Jada was looked at with disdain when they started doing figures and they're lines are considered some of the best in the industry, so lets not make silly, foolish comments before seeing what they have to sell. If they upload crap then call it crap, but enough with the BS.

Just figures for mask or vehicles too.  I'm a little worried as their BESTAXN figures are pretty low quality.

It says right in the article "M.A.S.K. has all the crazy features, vehicles, small figures with removable helmets, closed-box packaging with that killer logo splash, artwork, and product shots — all coming back. They’re in the same scale, and we’re serving it hot and fresh like ‘85 never left."

When he says Mask will be in the same scale, does he mean as in 1985?  If so, that's disappointing.  I was hoping when Mask returned it would be in at least 1/18 scale.

I agree there. It would have been cool to get them compatible with G.I. Joe figures.

This is actually really cool to me, My Pet Monster! Popples, ROM, M.A.S.K., Jem! , Wish they were making Jem action figures though and not dolls, action figures would have really peaked my interest, very excited to see some of this stuff, Popples are something that I'd love to get some of, I have quite a few already but since they are plush time has been terrible to them, Funny enough I've been desiring a New My pet Monster plush for my collection, it's not cheap on the secondary market.

He’s probably referring these types of figure: https://www.bigbadtoystore.com/Product/VariationDetails/249244?o=4

That said, I think it is cool that they will be starting up these 80’s toy lines again. I haven’t really ever gotten into the Loyal Subjects figures primarily due to their 5 inch scale. I don’t have any room to add that scale into my collection, plus many of the figures that they have released don’t really impress me all that much. Hopefully by taking on some of these 80’s properties they will do those toylines justice.

I'm also amazed about a new Jem line and would like to get them... From that picture looks like dolls so not sure if they will get action figures later man... MASK I want to see what they do. I currently have several of their turtles figures and I like the scale for those since it's something different from other brands.😃💡👍👋

MASK stuff that's affordable.  That sounds awesome. Ramen made good stuff, but I can't afford $200 for stuff in MASK scale. Those guys were tiny. So the cars weren't like huge.

I believe RAMEN is just making unauthorized vehicles, right?

I thought i saw a matt trakker figure that goes with the car they made.

Could you bring back another 80's show people probably have forgotten about.  That show is Go-Bots

I think Hasbro recently put out some Go-Bots. There's also been a bunch of thirdy party stuff coming out within the last few years. There was a 7 inch cy-kill a few years back that looked killer that i never did manage to get.

As well as official stuff done under the original Machine Robo brand. I forgot who makes those..

100% correct.

I believe you mean Mads Hawking.  Totally different guy.  Why, he's never even *heard* of this "Matt Trakker" fellow.  If anything, *He* should be suing Hasbro over NIL.  Now if you'll excuse him, he has a H.E.L.M.E.T. meeting to attend.

On the topic of Gobots, I will only buy a new line if they are cartoon accurate rather than those machine robo versions we had in the 80s... I want Sy-Kill to look like him in the cartoon.😀💡

They are. But they are so good I thought they'd get the license

They'd have to be interested in paying for the license. That doesn't seem like Ramen's style.
