It's based on the old 80s LJN WWF figures that were just one solid piece of rubber.

I'm so happy they reissued this guy. I was starting to think I would never get him. Now if they can just reissue Andre the Giant.

That'd be cool but I'm not sure what color variant they could do to differentiate it from the previous versions-the first version came in black and dark blue.
