It really shouldn't come to a shock for anyone, but based on this image that has surfaced online, Hasbro is going to be offering a repaint of their recent Cobra Ferret ATV in Tiger Force colors. Shown below is a look at the G.I. Joe Classified Tiger Paw ATV with Wreckage figure. There was a repaint of the original Cobra Ferret as the Tiger Paw in the 80's A Real American Hero Line. We have also seen Hasbro offer repaints of both the Cobra Trouble Bubble in Python Patrol colors and the RAM Cycle in Tiger Force Colors for the Classified line.

This will likely be a Target store exclusive but no word on when it will be made available. When more details become available we will be sure to let you know.

I’m not much of a Tiger Force guy, though the ATV itself is cool minus the tiger colors. Is there a regular GI Joe variant of it in the vintage toy line that these ATVs are based on, or are the Ferret and this one something new specifically for Classified?

The ferret was a classic small vehicle first released for Cobra.

It was also released as a Tiger Force repaint as the Tiger Paw.

There are multiple other repaints.

For some reason I can’t remember the character wreckage. Maybe it was past my time or maybe I just missed him somehow.Ā

I believe his original name was Sabre Tooth

Yeah he was Sabre Tooth first if I recall, they changed his name

Anyways this Wreckage figure is soooo cool, but yet again, I don't do vehicles so it's always super hard to justify spending 2 pack money for 1 figure, especially when I can't seem to get rid of Vehicles, I hate to do it, but maybe they will do a single release down the road, hate to miss out on awesome figures, but the price just seems silly when I only want the figure.

Sabre Tooth would have been a 1988 figure but was never released. Wreckage was first released in 3 3/4" scale in 2003 in a Tiger Force five-pack sold only at Toys R Us stores. Wreckage V2 was released in 2015 and had a stand that read "SGT Sabre Tooth." It's up for debate whether that figure would have had the name Saber Tooth officially or if the stand was just an homage.

I would love for Hasbro to make the repaint for the Saber Tooth character man...šŸ˜ƒšŸ’”šŸ‘

It's okay but not for me.Ā  I was never a fan of the ATV in the first place so I can easily skip this.Ā  Glad for those who like it they should be able to get it at retail.Ā  My Target has been decently stocking Joes for the past few waves so hopefully anyone in the central CT area who wants one can find it.Ā Ā
