OMG! dreams do come true!, I have been asking for a Altered Beast figure all my days of figure collecting, I neeeed this, I hope this means a whole wave, get all of the alterations and some villains, also maybe this means more SEGA stuff with SOR figures, Kid Chamelon would be soo awesome, some cheaper Golden Axe, D-Cap-Attack, Shinobi....

Agree with all of this. Only thing is... these Jakks figures are looking amateur hour.

Yeah I can agree with that, they are a bit low brow...but there is a certain wee charm in that for me, like I can imagine this is what figures of these properties would have looked like if I was a kid buying them, would I rather a bit more detail, and some more intricate sculpting yes of course, but looks like currently this is the only game in town for something like this...so I'm gonna be the sucker.

Are these 5 in scale like their Nintendo stuff? I like the Tears of the Kingdom Link and Zelda they did, but they are too small for my video game display. Wish they were 6 in scale, or at least had 6in scale options like they do with some of the Mario and Donkey Kong figures.

I think the issue is actually the packaging of the figure,  is too bland instead of having the art all over it... The figure looks good and I never thought to see the Altered Beast from Seeeeeeeegaaaaaa...

Oh I know, that's what I meant by saying with SOR figures, I already saw the Axel, and already saying what I did about this, Love it, it's dinky and kinda simplistic but I'm so on board, I have just always dreamt of a SEGA properties oriented line of figures, Genesis is/was my jam, those games shaped my little life, I'm so happy, and I appreciate them like I'd have appreciated them if I was buying these in the 80's/90's yeeeee.
