Hannibal Lecter Silence of The Lambs Ultimate Figure Coming From NECA?!?

What appears to be a Hannibal Lecter Silence of The Lambs 7" Ultimate figure has been spotted in the background of NECA's new Walmart Collector-Con live-stream video. NECA did a Hannibal Lecter figure back in the day for their Cult Classics line and they have done an 18" version. But assuming the figure seen in the video gets released, this would be the first time they have done an Ultimate version. When more details become available we will be sure to let you know.

I wonder what kind of accessories will get with this figure, like his iconic mask is mandatory and maybe a blood stained face but what else will be included.
