I thought there was place for a gunner in the back so I guess its just a two seater then. still.. looks awesome! can't wait to get it!

Considering there's no room for a gunner, it would have been cool to see a rig with daylight camera, thermal camera, and laser range finder like the CROWS and other remote weapons stations mounted on modern military vehicles.

Man this looks really cool, but I have a strict rule on no Vehicles, as much as I want that Clutch figure I'll have to pass on this, Clutch and this VAMP looking really great though, but I gotta stick to my rules and the price is way too high for me on this, might be swayed if this isn't a pulse exclusive for Canada. But I really just hope we get a single released Clutch down the road.

I really want the VAMP but when I got enough money for it it was already sold out. Is there a chance for a re-release down the line or is it something unlikely to happen? I'm not familiar with how pulse works :(

It's possible they presold out, but typically Pulse items go up for sale again once they receive their shipment.

I'm pretty confident that these will be readily available at Pulse multiple times throughout the year. No G.I. Joe item has been rare in a long time and the Pulse exclusives for last year (not necessarily the Con stuff, but exclusives like the Valkyries, etc.) were available over and over and over.

I cancelled my preorders for it.  The HISS Tank is enormous and reminded me that 1:12 vehicles are a bit too big for my tastes.  I also hate the revisionist Clutch design.  If they keep this trend up, I'm going to be buying very few figures in the future.

I agree that this vehicle will be available again.  I will get me one this year.💡😀👍

I'm really happy with the way Clutch came out. He was one of my favorite characters back in the day, in part I'm sure because I liked the VAMP a lot. I'm surprised he doesn't come with a remote control for working the turret though.

Can't really operate them with a remote when there's no RWS with the .50 cals. Somebody really tall has to operate those while the VAMP is parked.

That was actually a reference to the comic book. In one of the early RAH issues, Clutch explained he ran the turret with a remote he kept in his chest pocket. It didn't make a ton of sense that he could drive and run the turret, but I went with it.

Sounds familiar. And it was at least easier to imagine the old school VAMP's turret being remotely operated. My one complaint about this thing is that the .50 cals have no discernible way they could be fired practically. Unlike the '80s version, they're clearly manual fire, but there's two of them (with four hand grips), but there's no where for anyone to stand and operate them. If this had any RWS elements like Scrap Iron's drone, I wouldn't be so confounded, and would have preordered one already.

I see what you mean. I guess there should be some kind of foot pad under the rear bumper. I expect they will be doing different decos of the VAMP, desert and camo at least. Maybe they will do something with that then.

On another note, if the Thunder Machine is the next Haslab, I'm in.

I know not all Joe fans are big Dreadnok fans, but I am. In fact, I think they could sustain their own media property. Comiics, Cartoons, movies, toy lines, licensing. How do you make bad guys antagonists? They already have a Mad Max kind of vibe. I'm sure that's a big reason that I like them. Lean into that. They live in the bad lands, surrounded by bad guys doing bad things. It would be a dog eat dog kind of saga. Like Suns Of Anarchy. I'd be there for that.

Lenny is on record saying that he thinks the Thunder Machine is small enough that it wouldn't need to be a Haslab project. The prevailing rumor, and it's nothing more than that at this time, is that the next Haslab will be a Cobra Rattler

Is it tomorrow some kind of reveals or stream by Hasbro?
