I don't think you do know,  the reason why it's Sexist, belittling and misogynistic, is it's only said to women and never at men. They way it's said is talked down to , patronizing, this is never said about male figures,   If do find it interesting that you see this face as Angry when it's pretty neutral.  No furrowed brow, lips aren't tighten  eyes wide open. As for saying alot of those characters smile , all characters have a range of expression, there is no correct match up here

I really like this figure, I have tried to hard to say no to Wonder Woman figures but this one is one I really want, keep seeing pictures and I'm going to get it, despite not needing another Wonder Woman..

Look at the artwork. Look at the fig, especially the face. Looks like a really good attempt at a custom by an amateur, not a professional company that does this for a living. Easy pass.

McFarlane agrees with you but he's been giving in to pressure from other collectors to match the articulation on other figures.  I hate the that joint on G.I. Joe Classified figures and I hate it here too, particularly with exposed skin.  It adds nothing for most people.

I also wish he would skip the double jointed elbows on figures that aren't going to be holding rifles.

Now upon closer inspection, this figure that I was suuuper into, I'm just a bit less, the build on those arms for the articulation doesn't really look super good, looks a bit clunky, ugh, still really like this figure, but too many articulation cuts on figures with bare skin looks no goodio.

This Wonder Woman figure seemed to sell out almost immediately on all of Amazon, BBTS and Target. I was able to snag it on EE though and added a couple of sale figures to get free shipping. I was also able to get Red Tornado on Target after failing to get him yesterday.

There’s some good and some bad  about her. I am glad we getting her but there’s something off about her overall look, some weird decisions as well, most of all for me is the knees, that’s easily one of the worst articulated knee sculpts, that makes you want to glue it shut. Her arms are also weirdly proportioned as well as her face that sometimes look impressive  and sometimes leaves more to be desired.

Exactly. This guy has been making action figures for almost 30 years now and shouldn't be pumping out sub-par products, expecting everyone to just go ga-ga 'cause his name is attached.

Call it "Gold Edition", "Platinum Label", "Ambassador Circle" "Elite Diamond Tier", or whatever other name you want to make up so it sounds like some must-have collectible (its pathetic how many people fall for this). At the end of the day, its still crudely done work.

These figures are the exact opposite of crudely done. They are exquisite and someone must like them because there are 500+ figures in the line in 3 years and 500 more on the way at this rate. The articulation is import quality and this line is killing Marvel Legends at the moment. Legends is fine but they are in some kind of rut and putting out garbage for the most part. Anyway, I'll take these crudely done pieces of art and be on my way.

Crudely done was harsh, but McFarlane figures are not as well made as you say. They frequently come in weird preposed positions that limit their articulation (I'm looking at Superman right now, whose legs are bent in a way that is clearly made for that landing from flying pose that McFarlane loves).  We all know about the side eyes issue with a ton of early figures.  He also has a habit of making 10 subpar heads and then releasing one fantastic version . . . and then the fantastic version is impossible to get (again, I'm looking at Action Comics Superman and Knightfall Batman compared to the more numerous Rebirth versions that clogged stores and Amazon).  I could mention hunched over Batwoman, Injustice Supergirl's weird dirty blonde hair, and how hard so many of these are to pose without their stands, but I will just leave it at that.

I am buying McFarlane's figures, so I don't think they are terrible.  And I think criticism of this WW (which is sold out everywhere) and classic (really Helen Slater) Supergirl was over the top and ridiculous.  But these are popular because people have been starved for DC figures for a long time.  If Hasbro was making this line to the quality of Legends or Classified, it would be better.  But these are better than the inconsistent DC Direct figures and the frequently awful Mattel versions.

Dude, I can't make up my mind if I want some of what you're smoking or not. I would love to be as enraptured by an action figure line as you seem to be, but I'd actually prefer to keep a more balanced view of reality. 

• "These figures are ...exquisite..."  The word "exquisite" is suited for things in the realm of museum-quality artwork, or at least figures made by companies like Hot Toys, Sideshow and other high-end pieces that cost hundreds, if not thousands. And even they don't always deserve that term. The corners that have to be cut to produce figs in this price range disqualify them from "exquisite" before they even get to the starting gate.
• "...someone must like them..." Who said "someone" doesn't like them? Nobody said that. But unlike in your comment, the vast majority of us like to retain the ability to discern good AND bad to at least some degree. McFarlane has a LOT of both in their products. I love some of their figs (in spite of shortcomings), but there are others you would literally have to pay me to put on a shelf in my house. In fact, just for fun, I've shown some of these figs to members of my family who don't collect at all, and they immediately burst into laughter over things like inhuman body proportions or terrible face sculpts without me pointing out a thing.)
• "...articulation is import quality..." Okay, this is on par with the "exquisite" thing. Have you actually taken many of these out of the package? I ask, because of repeated personal experience and the fact that I can point to countless YouTube reviewers who will disagree with you ALL DAY about the articulation, especially in the legs, where many of these figures really suffer.
• "...this line is killing Marvel Legends..."  I don't think anybody brought up Marvel Legends, so I'm not sure how this is relevant or what criteria you're using (other than personal opinion from a sample size of one), but this is a completely different license (i.e., DC vs. Marvel). Yes, Legends have their own issues. Plenty of them. They drive me absolutely bonkers at times, just like McFarlane, though often for different reasons. Frankly, I'd like to merge the strengths of these two companies, because there's a lot they could learn/gain from each other, and those things would help cancel out each others' shortcomings, at least in part. 

So, please enjoy this apparent rapture in which you find yourself. I've been collecting for several decades, and I've never been that over-the-moon with any company or line.

I've been waiting for it for days. But it was morning in the US and night time in my country when she was listed in BBTS. I fell asleep. The next day, sold out. I hope there will be preorder restock. I've been checking almost every hour for a restock!
