I'm not a huge fan of movie figures in general, but I'll definitely be buying that King Kordak figure. It's a little on the plain side in terms of coloring - but still very cool looking! It is reminiscent of a statue brought to life. I dig that Black Manta figure as well and will likely get that one also. Skipping both of the Jason Mamoa Aquaman figures even though he grew up nearby.

is there going to be a Mera? was that announced?

She hasn’t been announced to my knowledge, but since they’re making a 4” one I’d guess so. But yet again Todd is kinda weird when it comes to character selection. Controversy aside, I want Mera for completionist sake.

Mera would have been a better choice then King Kodax for Series and made Kodax the BAF......but what do I know?

Or even just released one Aquaman and made the other a Gold Label later somewhere. I'm skipping both of the Aquaman figures so I couldn't care less if they omitted either one of those. I realize that it's his movie so they have to have one, but not necessarily two.

I'll likely try to get Kordax, Manta and the Sunken Citadel Pirate from Amazon. BBTS has been marking all of these figure way higher than everyone else and the shipping just isn't worth it to order from EE or McFarlane.

Ok, I'll be getting everything except the 2 actual Aquaman figures. LOL! Manta, Kordak, the megafig Pirate and Storm all look great! No Jason Mamoa for me, though. Went with EE for this batch of pre-orders since it was over the free shipping threshold.

FYI, Target seems to have another version of the stealth suit Aquaman (with somewhat translucent legs and hands? like they're made out of water or somewhat invisible) that comes with a squid named Topo. I did go ahead and pre-order that directly from their site. Photos attached. It's easily my favorite of the 3 Aquaman figures.GUEST_3cd90245-04b9-4c1a-bd9d-61cc819ed376.thumb.webp.835b4f0e78615bd064392eb24db190ad.webp

Some really cool stuff going on here, Citadel Pirate is a thing of pure radicalness, I honestly just want it because it looks so damn cool, I could care less about Aquaman and the blah blah, also King Kordax is also super cool looking, I saw the trailer and wonder if this is just a articulated version of the statue in the movie, or is he actually doing stuff? either way I don't think I'm going to be able to say no to bad ass fish man there Citadel Pirate, it's too cool, Wish now they'd do a new Trench Monster because McFarlane would knock that out the park, and I'd happily buy it. Also that Seahorse is awesome! I just want that Seahorse.

Just going to be the seahorse for me with this round.  I dig that Manta, but at the end of the day how many Mantas do I really need?  In truth I'll likely grab the Gold Label with Topo if I see it in store, which I probably will, because for some reason I've never had a problem finding Target's Gold Labels.  But none of this is a must for me outside of that seahorse (which is going with my comic Aquaman).  Might even grab a couple of them.
