A rare McFarlane female figure!  We need every one we can get.  I've never had a problem getting the Target exclusives.  I like the soft goods cape.  Looking forward to this one.

Hoping this looks as good as the promo pic. A couple of the recent promo shots have made the figs look way better than the actual thing, so fingers crossed!

She looks really nice but I'm not keen on the cloth cape for consistency reasons. I wish companies would pick one cloth or plastic and stick with it. Also I would've gone with yellow accents over gold so she'd match Superman. We may end up getting a mainline release with these differences though.

Looks good to me.  Funnily enough I never seem to have any trouble finding Target exclusives for McFarlane.  Walmart, on the other hand is a complete crapshoot.

So now the gold labels have variants.  I'm trying to think of an example where he's done this before, and I'm not coming up with one. 

Either way, I think I prefer the "standard" one.  Just pops a bit more.

Head sculpt: Need to see it in person (or a good review) to really know what it looks like. One pic looked good. The other looked too much like some kid's bored mom at a soccer game.

Costume: Anyone else think the single color from the waist down - red skirt, leggings and shoes, all the same color without a hint of contrast to break it up - looks odd? Seems like it needs a wash or some edge detail. If only I were more skilled at that kind of thing. I'd like McFarlane's figures more (since I could "fix" them).

I have a slight preference for the standard issue Supergirl over the Platinum - but it's very minor. If I happened to receive the platinum from an online pre-order then I'd probably be fine with it and not buy the other.

Every new figure has a Platinum Edition. This is stupid. I want them but the hassle of getting it is insane.

True, according to the schedule. But McFarlane isn't on the schedule again at all.  Usually his stuff isn't really teased like this far ahead of a preorder date.

Looks pretty good from what we can see so far, will have to see her in person to make a judgment on the headsculpt. Both colors look pretty good. I like the brighter colored one better, but the darker one reminds me of the TV show, so fans of that will probably enjoy it.
