Super7 Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory License

Super7 today announced they have a license to make items from Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory and something sweet will be arriving this holiday season.

Willy Wonka is one of my favorite movies. If they were to do a good job on it, I would consider getting an Ultimate Willy Wonka. That said ReAction figures are probably more likely to be made if I had to guess.

Yeah ReAction is def most likely since they do all sorts of retro movies with those. I would drown someone in a chocolate fountain for an Ultimates Willy Wonka tho....

One 1 gripe with recent reaction figures is that the arms need to be closer to thier sides. They seemed to fix this with two of the figures in this assortment. I hope we get a few waves in this line. If I can get them for a good price I'd love to army build some oompa loompas

2 and 3 probably. Wave 2 would like be one of them and the other two children, and wave 3 would be the other, an Oompa Loompa, and I don't know what else since I doubt they'll do the other parents. Or maybe one other child each and an Oompa Loompa, with wave 2 having a normal one and wave 3 being one in the protective suit from the TV room or something.

Man I really like the decision to go with the chocolate bars for their cards. The tears with the tickets are a great touch. Hopefully we get Charlie in the next wave

I think it's kind of lame that all the kids have the same two accessories. A bar of chocolate and a golden ticket. Why not some variety? Give Mike TV his pistols! Give Veruca a golden egg! Maybe Augustus could have like, a big glop of chocolate to fit over his head? I don't know

The card art is lame and generic. I will not buy these limited articulation over priced figures if they don't look good on card. Real actor portraits or forget it.

Hey for ReAction figures they seem to have pretty good actor likeness that kinda impresses me, but nah, ReActions are over priced sillyness, and I don't like Willy Wonka that much, I'd buy a Veruca Salt Ultimate though...
