Star Wars The Gorax

This took a year as I made it between other projects. It's kind of an amalgam of all the Gorax's from different media that I could find, including stills from Caravan of Courage, Forces of Destiny and fan art.

The base body is the old Toybiz movie 18" Spiderman. I sculpted all the parts, cut the ears and feet out of ABS sheet, used taxidermy eyes and rooted dolls hair. The bodysuit was hand made. The finger and toenails are plastic nail extensions. I sculpted the chest, shoulders and biceps, but then decided to cover the entire body with the soft goods, so you can only see them in the WIP pics. Since these pics, I've added an ear ring and some more details to the sling. I think it turned out ok.
