Veteran’s Miracle Center Erie (VMCE) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that provides support to Veterans in Northwestern PA. VMCE’s first mission is to offer Veterans and active-duty military personnel real solutions that will enhance their lives. They offer clothing, personal care and hygiene products, houseware items, hope and more free of charge. They also partner with other Veteran organizations to provide additional services, support and counseling.

The limited-edition medallion is fully approved by Lucasfilm and has an edition size of 1000 pieces. Each medallion features the likeness of R2-D2 on the front, along with the date and the name of the charity, Veterans Miracle Center Erie. R2-D2, the hero of the Star Wars Saga, represents the veteran heroes VMCE serves and this could not come at a better time as Lucasfilm celebrates its 50th anniversary. The back features the PSWCS logo.

Veterans Outreach of PA is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that is a multifaceted support organization for homeless Veterans. Veterans Outreach of PA’s (VOPA) primary goal is to build a village of fifteen tiny homes surrounding a community center for homeless Veterans. VOPA is specifically designed to meet the unique needs of Veterans while recreating the stable support network last offered to them before they left their military service.

Veterans Outreach of PA

Veterans Outreach of PAis a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that is building a village of 15 tiny homes surrounding a community center for homeless Veterans. VOPA’s objective is to provide each Veteran with his or her own tiny home, so they can feel safe and in control of their surroundings that includes everything they need including utilities. At the heart of the tiny home village, a spacious community center with community room, kitchen, dining hall, individual treatment rooms, medication room, workshop, and office for on-site staff. Veterans are welcome to stay in the village as long as they continue to make progress toward their goals of permanent housing readiness while providing wraparound support from local companies, agencies and other nonprofits. PSWCS.org, in conjunction with the Pennsylvania Star Wars Collecting Society (PSWCS), is excited to announce their 15th charity medallion in support of Special Olympics PA.

Special Olympics PA – Westmoreland County is a 501(c)(3) that is a volunteer run non-profit organization for community members with intellectual disabilities allowing them to participate in multiple sports. Special Olympics of PA provides year-round sports training and competition in a variety of Olympics-type sports for both children and adults with intellectual disabilities. One of PSWCS’ own members avidly participates in multiple sports from bowling, to bocce, to snowshoeing and more. He loves the competition but loves the friendship and encouragement to be his best, even more.

This limited-edition medallion was fully approved by Lucasfilm and had an edition size of 1000 pieces. Special Olympics PA is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that for over 50 years has filled a critical need in the lives of people with intellectual disabilities by providing opportunities for physical activity, social interaction, and the demonstration of competence to themselves, their families and the community. Athletes learn developmental and life skills as the benefits of participation translate beyond sports, helping them to live more independent and rewarding lives. Special Olympics also provides a positive venue for families, volunteers, and donors to become part of a caring community.
