Updated G.I. Joe Classified Checklist Plus New Rumored Listings

YOJoe June has kicked off with a bang this week with 4 new Classified pre-orders and 2 new digital render reveals, and things are only getting started. Next week on June 5, Hasbro will be holding a new live-stream where they will be announcing and kicking off their 2023 G.I. Joe Classified Haslab campaign. We also expect at least 3 more days in June where we will see new Classified pre-orders drop. According to our sponsor Entertainment Earth's Drop-Zone page, those days will be June 14, 21 and 28.

The next wave of mainline figures to go up for pre-order based on leaked retailer listings will include the following:
 

 

 

-Firefly V2
-General Hawk
-Dreadnok Ripper
-Tunnel Rat (regular)
-Low-Light

Hasbro has confirmed all these figures are coming in the line, they just haven't yet confirmed when or how. I suspect these will be going up for pre-order this month on one of the days mentioned above.

Below is our checklist which we have updated with everything Hasbro has announced so far for the Classified line coming in 2023. Click on it to see a super high-res wallpaper version you can download for your desktop.
 

As mentioned above, the next Classified Haslab will be announced and kick off next week. While we still can't say for sure what it is, all clues seem to point to a G.I. Joe Classified Dragonfly helicopter.

The folks at HISSTank.com have also uncovered other possible items coming this year. We have not been able to confirm these with any other sources at this time but they sound logical.

The next mainline wave after the one mentioned above could possibly include these figures:

-Dreadnok Buzzer
-Agent Helix
-Snow Serpent
-Crimson Viper
-Grunt

Again these are ALL figures Hasbro has confirmed as coming to the Classified line, they just haven't told us when, where or how.

They suggest the G.I. Joe Steel Corps. 2-Pack is one of the items to go up for pre-order this month and the rest are all exclusives from various stores.

The Walmart ones will likely go up for pre-order during the next Walmart Collector-Con event which will take place in July.

Hasbro will be doing reveals of things over the course of the month for YOJoe June, so we could see a number of these be confirmed within the next few weeks.

Word is that Hisstank got a few things mixed up. We'll see if this is the case, but apparently Grunt and the Crimson Viper will actually be in this next upcoming wave with Lowlight, Tunnel Rat, and Firefly, and General Hawk and Dreadnok Ripper will be in the next wave of five after that. Also, word is that like Snowjob, the Snow Serpent will come with enough gear to qualify as a deluxe figure and will not be part of the regular wave, and that the wave's fifth figure will be a character who still has yet to be announced.  They also apparently got the PulseCon and San Diego Comic Con exclusives mixed up, as well with Chuckles and armory in July for San Diego Comic Con and Crimson Baroness and the Paoli twins later for PulseCon.
Like I said, we should find out soon how this all shakes out.
I do hope they're right about Night Force Shockwave, and that he's in Night Force colors, because I always liked the gray, green and black on him better than navy blue and baby blue with the yellow L's as part of his "urban camouflage."

My feeling is the next wave is gonna be Low Light, Tunnel Rat, Firefly v2, Crimson Viper and Grunt. I say that only because those are the five Hasbro has shown digital renders for. It's possible they could end up showing renders of the others this month before anything goes up for pre-order but usually Hasbro releases the renders in order of when things go up for pre-order.

Seems like so much Joe stuff being announced and going up for pre-order, I feel overwhelmed, I can barely keep track, I know I likely want majority of it, but I feel like I need it all too slow down, I wish Hasbro or any big Toy company would put things out before getting us to pile the pre-orders up to the ceiling.

also Walmart exclusive Shadow Tracker, ugh really want that guy, and Night Force Shockwave also exclusive.

I'm sure the livestreams this month will go pretty much the same as others have in the past. What has been shown only in renders will be shown in plastic and go up for preorder (the exception to this will probably be the Walmart Exclusive Shadow Tracker, who rumor has it, will be sold during the next Walmart Collector Con event around SDCC in July). There will be renders shown for the next wave, but they will likely be going up for preorder some time later. There will be a couple name only pipeline reveals. And there will be Dragonfly updates.

Tomorrow (6/21) will see another round of G.I. Joe Classified pre-orders go live at 1pm ET. We can expect to see the Classified Grunt and Low Light figures go up which we have already seen digital renders for as well as the Cobra Snow Serpent which Hasbro has told us previously was coming but released no images. These will be available for pre-order from our sponsor BigBadToyStore.com and Entertainment Earth.

I expect Hasbro will officially show these three figures off sometime tomorrow morning which of course we will bring you details on when they do. It's also always possible there could be additional store exclusive items that go up for pre-order tomorrow like we saw last week with the Cobra Eel, which if that is the case we should also learn that in the morning.

There was a roundtable discussion yesterday with Lenny and Emily and folks like Chris McLeod from The Full Force Podcast,the guys from Hisstank, and others, and it sounded like there may not be any render reveals until San Diego. Emily did say there would be some stuff between now and San Diego, but she didn't specify what that would be. She did specifically say there would be renders shown in San Diego.

Thanks for the info. The design team seems to be sticking more closely to the RAH looks so I'm not expecting any major departures, but I'm still looking forward to seeing what they do with the Dreadnoks.
