Wow Playmates can't even paint anything below the waist on Bebop nice going, also can't give any paint hits to his arms, rocksteady is missing some deco but whatever, look Playmates how cost effective is it to not even give yer all in painting figures, you've owned these molds for 30 years.

Playmates has really dropped the ball. They've let other companies license TMNT for all different kinds of figures, but all I want is a TMNT line like MOTU Origins- in scale with the vintage line, but with more articulation, and encompassing the various series, etc.. I don't want expensive oversized figures, or lazy reissues.

Yeah really, Playmates just are not putting their best foot forward with TMNT as of a while, I agree it would be amazing to see the OG figures re-done with more articulation like Origins, and people would buy those, but they just insist on churning out badly done re-releases with these Retro figures, and keep using the same turtle molds for their crossover 2 packs and whatever this new line ninja masters or w/e, garbagio at it's finest, what a Waste of an IP.

Yeah- Playmates really needs to retire the molds for those oversized turtles that they keep reusing in 2-packs, etc.. The TMNT are supposed to be on the short side- they are way too tall to be in-scale with any of the characters they have been in 2-packs with, or have been reissued in that "Ninja Masters" line so far. How tall is that Triceraton supposed to be- 4 foot 8? A fully-articulated 5" line would be my first choice, but I would also be in to a true 6" scale line that's reasonably priced. Ninja Turtles characters that scale with Marvel Legends? Sign me up! I would also be in to proper "crossover" 2-packs, as opposed to the weird, lazy hybrid thing they've been doing. Leo as Ryu Vs. Shredder as M. Bison? Sounds cool! Don as Dustin Vs. Demogorgon Rocksteady? Awesome! They've just done a terrible job for the past handful of years, with a property that has a huge market, despite being the main toy licensee from the very beginning.
