2022 is nearing its end and that means it’s time for everyone’s favorite annual tradition. That’s right, it’s time to witness the spectacle, the pageantry, and the glamor of the 3rd annual Nerdy Awards. Grab your beverage of choice and join me and my special guests as we celebrate the very best action figures of 2022 in a very NERDY way!
 

Editor Note: We are posting this video not because we necessarily agree with all the nominations and/or winners depicted here, but we felt the video itself was fun to watch and it was nice seeing many of the folks who are active in the action figure collecting community come together and participate in it. LOL, I definitely wouldn't consider things like the DST Marvel Select Beta Ray Bill figure an indie figure or what essentially was a reissued Robocop figure the best NECA figure of 2023. That's the thing about award shows. No matter what there will be folks who disagree with the final results of them, which you are welcome to do so. Again we just thought the video itself was fun to watch. Whether the "Nerdies" ever became the "Oscars" of action figure collecting, well I guess only time will tell.

I watched this morning...it was pretty fun.

Dont keep up with Star Wars collecting much these days so didnt realize that the vintage collection Vader was a big deal. I picked him up (along with Lobot lol) randomly over the summer and have to say they're both impressive figures.

Also looks like they mistook the Ramen Quicksilver for the Super 7 one...whoops lol.

I'm glad you've been part of this. Also, it was really fun and I honestly think that most of the winner toys are pretty good. Hope to see ya next year.

Oh yeah...neca robocop winning was an odd one lol...wouldve given it to Bronx. And i thought for sure bonebreaker would've won the BAF..oh well, theyre just opinions anyway.

Of course Vader will win in his own contest lol. Love the joke of him in the high ground. I'm glad the Robocop gets the ultimate Neca- he looks like the best. For me, the TMNT turtles neca store exclusive are the best neca figures.  I'm glad the Wolverine mezco figure won out. Hard to do against that Mafex DKR Superman.

Finally got around to watching and it is pretty cool to see all the presenters.  Worth a watch for sure. Unexpectedly emotional part when valaverse winner is revealed. Not sure what the story is with the winner but he definitely felt it there. Happy for that guy.
