Warner Bros. announced new release dates for seven high-profile movies.  No official reason for the new release dates.

Black Adam moves from July 29th to October 21st.
DC League of Super-Pets moves from May 20th to July 29th.
The Flash moves from November 4th to June 23rd, 2023.
Aquaman moves from December 16th to March 17th, 2023.
Wonka moves from March 17th, 2023, to December 15th, 2023.
Shazam! Fury of the Gods moves up from June 2nd, 2023, to December 16th, 2022
Meg 2: The Trench has been set for August 4th, 2023.

That some mega serious delay for Flash, it enough to make it as all new movie, I wonder if all the backlash with it erasing snyderverse past has anything to do with it, because I can't imagine why they would move it sooo much.

Rumor has it that WB moved some of the dates around because Marvel has 3 movies and Avatar 2 coming to close to WB's original release dates.

Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness - May 6th, 2022
Thor: Love and Thunder - July 8th, 2022
Black Panther: Wakanda Forever - Nov. 11th, 2022
Avatar 2 - December 16th, 2022

So when future MCU movies have the same dates these were pushed back to, will WB push the dates back again? 😜

When a movie gets pushed far back, it usually results in the toys being released way ahead of time and poor toy sales. It happened with G.I. Joe: Retaliation and Black Widow, and it will probably happen again with Transformers: Rise of the Beasts and The Flash. WB must have a serious problem with production for them to risk shooting themselves in the foot with the merchandise sales.
