Masters of the Universe Origins Deluxe Sun-Man Official Images And Details

Shown below is another look at the upcoming Masters of the Universe Origins Wun-Darr and Kol-Darr figures we first saw at Power-Con last year. These two will be released this Spring as MattelCreations exclusives. Then in the fall they will release two more as of yet unannounced figures through the Creations website. Hopefully by that point they will have sent out to folks who pre-ordered the Creations exclusive version of Sun-Man.

Aw man Mattel creations, I have never had luck with getting anything from that Site, I mean I guess these will likely be available in some form down the road in a wave? maybe? seems as though Sun Man is getting a standard release so let's hope these 2 as well , this is the first Kol Dar figure ever in a Masters line (not wrong right?) which makes this pretty cool.

I would love to get Wun-Darr but I'm not a fan of the Creations website. Hopefully these won't become difficult to get through them. Not a fan of exclusives.

The Masters of the Universe Origins Kol Darr figure which is being offered as a MattelCreations exclusive will be going up for pre-order tomorrow (5/26). This figure was first announced to be coming last year during Power-Con.

Kol Darr joins the fight for Eternia! Introduced in the “Double Trouble” episode, Kol Darr is one of He-Man’s old friends. He’s lured into a trap by Skeletor who makes an evil double of him at a failed attempt to steal Castle Grayskull’s secrets. Kol Darr is replicated again, but this time as a trusty ally to join your collection. This first ever Kol Darr action figure looks like the animated original with his horned helmet, iconic accessories, and a new belt design to match the other collectibles in the MOTU Origins line.

If you go read the comments on social media of people going "Who?" I think its pretty clear why this is being offered through MattelCreations.

Wait so did I miss Kol-darr? it says Check Back soon on the web page? I'm confused I guess I missed this, really hoping they release this Kol-darr in the line somewhere, if they can give us a bunch of Sun Man figures like Digitino, Kol-Darr can't be a stretch.

Kol-Darr is a Mattel Creations exclusive and pre-orders open today at noon ET.

I had Kol Darr in my cart but forgot I didn't have an account on that site and by the time I created an account and went to checkout it was sold out. Bummer.

Last week we saw the MattelCreations exclusive Masters of the Universe Origins Kol Darr figure go up for pre-order which quickly sold out. The next Creations exclusive Origins figure to go up will be Wun-Dar which we first saw announced last September during Power-Con. No word yet on when exactly Mattel will put Wun-Dar up on their website for purchase, but Kingdeadpool2008 ali has managed to get one in-hand already and posted a video to give you a look at it.
 

 

When Mattel announces the date for when the figure will be made available on the MattelCreations website, we will be sure to update you here on TNI.

This character was once a rare promotional figure from the 80s, but we’re bringing him back as the newest Masters of the Universe Origins figure, available only at MattelCreations.com on 6/24, starting at 9AM PT.

Definitely in on this, missed out on the Classics version so this will be a welcome addition to the collection. Hopefully this will be as smooth as the Koll-Dar pre-order was.
