Super7 today released this teaser for the second wave of SilverHawks 7" Ultimates figures which they say will be going up for pre-order next Wednesday (10/27). Based on the teases it looks like Bluegrass & Steelwill will be part of the wave.

That throne is awsome and Im starting  to think this version of Mon starr is the cooler looking of the two. I cant wait to see them tackle characters that weren't in the original line like Yes Man and Melodia.

I already preordered! Yes hopefully we will get Melodia in the next wave!  I am very happy they fixed the color of SteelWill's wings and made them silver hopefully they will do that for Steelheart as well!

This looks metallic to you? Something just looks off about Bluegrass to me. It's not even just the lack of vac metal. Wish I hadn't sold my originals.

Yeah, brian Flynn was saying in interviews they were still figuring out the painting process. So it's very possible that wave 1 guys will have the metallic sheen that these new guys have.

Yeah depending on the image he looks amazing or he looks like he's not nearly blue enough for me.  I may preorder, but I have to wait and see how the paint looks on wave one before I am sold.

The bluegrass toy had a much deeper blue but these are based on the cartoon show so its accurate to that. I wouldn't be surprised if they do a toy deco version later on.

Theyve all but said that you accurate versions are in the future.  I just hope these aren't as delayed as tcats has been.  And then there is the issue of product matching what was shown at preorder with those.

Those promotional pictures shows them with a metallic color but the pictures stand alone and packaging shows them like on the first wave coloring... We probably will have to wait on regards of which of the colors the figures will come... Either way I'm pre ordering them...

The prototypes here have a metallic paint. The renders don't look metallic because that's harder to achieve with Z-brush or whatever they're using.
