It's a 80's slasher flick, about a bunch of kids who have a valentine's party dance, whom had not been able to have a dance for like 20 years, because of the previous dance being tied in with miners death's in a mine from methane gas, there was one survivor in the mine who resorted to cannibalism and went insane, and well when the new dance happens, the kids start getting killed by a person wearing a miner's outfit, that's the gist really, basically friday the 13th with jason being replaced by a miner.
