Melina is on a body that we have seen before and the Red Guardian is a repaint, but it is much improved over the previous release, making him much more movie-accurate and pleasing the nitpickers like me, LOL. I've had a big crush on Rachel Weisz for decades now, and I wanted that Melina figure, but the gloss on the face just kills it for me. I hate to see what's become a rampant problem in the Star Wars Black Series show up in Marvel Legends, too.
