youre guessing based solely on the words of a disgruntled man about something that he claims occured over 10 years ago. if you need to say "probaly", you should look it up. things move forwards not backwards.

Yes, a missing letter...finally something for you to grasp at! If you're at the point where you're pointing out spelling flaws that's usually a good indicator that you dont have jack #$## to argue with. But please go on

no the post where you were baffled about why i kept bringing up 2010 and your true bigotry and ignorance came out. where you claimed you didnt read anything posted, which we knew anyway based on your responses.

Uh bigotry ok. you literally have nothing at this point and you know it.

im guessing you put this in the wrong thread cause i never mentioned any spelling flaw. perhaps you should read what was written, look up what you dont know (everything), then post your reply.

"if you need to say "probaly", you should look it up. things move forwards not backwards. "

And i actually havent looked up anything. I'm confident with what I know. But like I mentioned, factor in figures with statues, designer vinyls, etc and then get back to me with  "Dcd wasnt disproportionately focused on batman". Its a cut and dried fact. And that carries on with mcfarlane being bat-centric with character selection. Is that moving forward enough for you? It's not hard to figure out. But for some reason you want to have a public tantrum about it. That's fine too

then you should cause the word probaly was in quotes, not for spelling but definition. everything you post is a guess. no facts, no proof, just wild guessing. you claim that with statues and everything else factored in then dc collectibles becomes bat-centric and thats why warner bros tells mcfarlane, and only mcfarlane, what they have to make with the license. and yet you have no numbers. just more "probaly" and more salty guessing. please, shut me up with some facts. or does your "friend" from mattel not have those answers for you?

Well, I did say earlier on I deduced dc was responsible for most of the mcfarlane character based on some previous things. I feel like its something that is very likely. People try to say "todd has a batman fetish" and I just dont feel that's the case..and if anything, he doesnt strike me as the sort to be up on whatever the latest goings on with the character.

And you know what, I believe Todd even more or less said it himself when he was making the interview rounds last year. That's something I would have to look up though.

since you wont look it up and to end this nonsense:

https://www.gamesradar.com/todd-mcfarlane-goes-inside-his-new-batman-design-and-whats-next-with-his-dc-partnership/

so you can stop speculating. warner bros isnt telling him what to make except asking him to design his own batman. he can make whoever he wants as long as its not an original design. has to be how the character appears in comic, media, etc

interview from last year with mcfarlanes brand manager pretty much saying the same thing that neitlich said about the limitations they had when first getting the license. Two people in the know, years apart saying the same dam thing.

lol im gonna say the head of the company knows a bit more than one of the company photographers. good try though, glad you learned how to use google at least.

Again, thanks for that..that right there shows how clueless you are lol. And actually hes brand manager, photographer and DC content expert.  You can try to discredit and spin all you want but the facts are staring you in the face.

yes they are. head of the company says one thing, and you dont like it and refuse to believe it. multiple users here told you the same thing. you refuse to believe it. but as you told us earlier, you know what you know already and dont need to know anything else. and its typed. you already said you dont read comments. todd's interview is written out, so im sure you didnt read it. whenever youre ready to join us in 2021 the facts are here waiting for you.

Womp, womp. The facts are there for you to peruse. Deal with it or continue having your tantrum lol

Yikes, I came for some DC Multiverse listings and stumbled upon two pages of petty bickering and ugly name calling.  Anyhow:

Sign me up for Superman Rebirth.  That era was just about my all-time favorite version of Superman, so I'm down with a figure.  I imagine it's an easy make for Todd.  Here's hoping they do a Jonathan Kent Superboy from that same era.

I'm curious about the Azrreal suit Batman.  It would be great if it was the 90's version but I'm betting it's a repaint of the modern one they already did.

Thanks for trying to re-rail the discussion. I'd prefer the 90's Azrael Batman too and not another repaint.

Yeah, not that thrilled with these new listings personally.  And presumably after the DCEU JL figures we've got DCEU Suicide squad figures coming, right?  Not much very exciting for those of us hoping for comic figures that aren't batman, nightwing, or robin.  But glad to have gotten John Stewart and Gorilla Grodd, at least.  Hopefully they'll be at least a couple more characters i'm interested in before the end of the year.

As far as whether its WB or Todd making the line so Batman-centric, who cares? In the end the result is the same.   And its really probably a bit of both - in addition to being DC's most popular character by a mile,  the recent DC 'big events' have been centered on multiversal Batmen.  Plus Bat's aesthetic/ look is more appealing to Todd than the more vanilla looking classic characters. it is what it is.

Personally, if he's going to go so Bat-centric i just wish he would focus on some more of the rogues. but i'd prefer more JLA members, etc.
