DC's Legends Of Tomorrow Dominic Purcell has announced that he is leaving the show and he has let his true feelings be known.

Purcell announced his departure on Instagram and told a few people what you feels about them.

“The studio does not care. The actors work ethic and talent must give them the confidence to question authority. ….Much love to all. It’s not lost on me how very fortunate I am.” He ended the post with a call for actors to “him me up on DM” to discuss what he termed “Fake (c-words).”

The actors post was soon deleted and he sent another post with a quieter attitude.  “Big thanks to the cast and crew and all the awesome relationships I’ve made over the years. Thank you all. Dom.”

The sixth season of DC's Legends Of Tomorrow premieres on May 2nd and The CW has renewed the show for a seventh season.  Purcell announced a few days after The CW renewed the show that he would be leaving after Season 7, but has since removed that post as well.

CW gets a lot of stick from actors it seems.

Little wonder. One day you're signing up for a series that'll guarantee you a steady paycheck for the next six or seven months, next thing you know, you've burned up six or seven years on a job you probably weren't that crazy for in the first place. Next come the demands, the arguments, the walk-offs, the lay-offs, and finally one side or the other says "F-it" and tells the other where to get off.

Im actually pretty surprised this show is still going on. It was pretty rough even in its first 2 seasons that I had watched. I also didnt feel like this character/actor fit or even cared to be there ever. Loved that him and his buddy from prison break altho they both felt weird in this show.

The show really took it's time to figure out it's own identity. It's more light hearted and I was a bit surprise to hear that  a few of my friends watch it and really enjoys it.

That's the contract he has. 7 years. He's grateful for the work. Especially during last year under the pandemic where nothing is certain.
