NECA and Shout Factory have teamed up once again this time to bring you a Battle Beyond The Stars 8" Sybil Danning St. Exmin figure.

For those not familiar, Battle Beyond The Stars aired back in 1980 and was about Seven space warriors do battle to save a peaceful planet from a ruthless conqueror who promises to give his laser-toting mutant followers eternal life.

To get the figure it looks like you will need to get the Battle Beyond The Stars [Limited Edition Steelbook] set which will be a total cost of $69.97. The set is slated for release in June. At this time it doesn't look like the figure is being sold separately. Click here for more details.

I remember this movie, It's been so long ago I will have to watch it again to get familiar. I remember the actress Sybil Danning too, she mostly played in B movie types as a bad girl too. This action figure doe's not even come close to her actual curves and look back then. They better round this Barbie doll out a little bit. They certainly dug deep into the archives for this one.

I love this movie, can we get the whole team or at least give us John Boy, Hannibal Smith the Man from Uncle and the main badguy.

Oh man how rad would it be if they actually released a whole series from this movie, I loved this movie as a kid, it's still a fun watch in recent times, despite being a Star wars knock off. I one of the most fun things about them releasing this figure is about 2 months ago I was trying to see if they ever had any Battle Beyond figures, ol' NECA tapping into my brain waves.

I would love it if we could get some more, I'd love a Cayman figure.

I don't know if I'd buy a DVD at 70 bucks for this figure, but her and Cayman are my favorite characters from this movie. I would buy this as a regular release.

I don't think I'll be getting the figure or the movie, but I think it's on some free streaming services so this at least makes me want to try it.
