The headsculpt is perfect. That is some of the best work they've ever done.
As someone who own the ESB Fett, I'm a bit annoyed it took them four of this guy to figure out that the fuel lines for his flame thrower should be both cable AND tubing.  Anyway, this looks great, and two figures is nice, but I'll keep an eye-out for Boba in his repainted armor.

That's a great looking headsculpt probably the best I have seen from them in a while. One thing I'm wondering is shouldn't it be paler? I seem to recall him looking more pale in that episode.

The scarred areas are paler than the non-damaged skin. This appears screen accurate from what I can tell (and I am jumping back and forth between these images and The Mandalorian on Disney+), and I'm attributing what variation I see (even between some of the Hot Toys photos) to lighting.

I went back and zoomed in on the pictures and it looks like the scarred parts are paler than the the rest so yeah it seems lighting is affecting the image.
