Kenner Deco Black Series Obi-Wan, Greedo And Jawa Coming To Amazon!?!

The folks at Yakface are reporting that we can soon expect to see Amazon selling as exclusives Kenner redeco versions of the Black Series Episode IV Obi-Wan, Greedo and Jawa figures similar to what we saw with Boba Fett and the Zuckuss and 4-Lom 2-Pack. Of course we will treat this as rumor until Hasbro officially confirms it.

I’m pretty sure Obi-Wan will be an essential buy for me but have to wait to the box art for the Jawa and Greedo. But I do like the retro packaging they are doing

I don't care how accurate they are to the original Kenner toys, I'm not sure which looks sillier: Jawa with a cloth goods robe over his plastic one or that funky-ass Obi Wan.

Reported earlier this week, we now have a look at the actual figures, designed as a homage to the vintage action figures. These Amazon exclusives are now available for pre-ordrer, with a release date of May 1, 2021.

Each figure is now available for pre-order on Amazon. Obi-Wan, Jawa, Greedo.

I've heard there are plans to expand this line beyond these three figures. If true, I'd guess Darth Vader, Princess Leia, Sand person, and Jawa variant with vinyl capes, and grey uniform Death Squad Commander..

The only one I was a bit interested was the Obi Wan and while the colors look interesting I can't get past that vinyl cape, so far these are a pass for me.

Yes! I preorder last night. Saw another picture of the cape and canceled the order. My wife had notifications popping up on her phone and asked me what the hell I was doing?
