Im adding some of my own images here and just adding some quick thoughts of my own on the figure. The face looks horrid to me, the goggles look funny on Batman, the big shinny bat on his chest stands out bad and whoever decided to add little rubber daggers over the left leg where they get pushed out and look super fake was not thinking. The paint of the belt buckle isn't great either.

On top of that Walmart shipped mine in a plastic bag, wasn't even a box so of course the figure packaging was dinged up. It's laughable when Walmart tries to pretend they are trying to cater to collectors.

It's a silly design that made for a silly looking prototype and makes for an even worse looking production figure. And I hate those wrists.

I actually do like the body a lot, cool inspired design, but his face or more precisely his "six"head is something else., it makes whole figure look pretty bad, and its not the first time they messed up Batman's forehead, Grim Knight had very weird sculpt there too.

The complaining is hilarious. I for one was happy with this figure, a unique Batman designed by Todd himself is something I never thought I’d see. All of the new sculpting and paintwork isn’t enough, we have to complain about knives sculpted into the figure and goggles, etc? With marvel legends we get the same barely painted bucky cap every wave and with neca they’ve been milking gen Xers for years with barely articulated turtles and terminator figures that aren’t even culturally relevant. Funny that with all of this complaining the figures somehow disappear off of the shelf and end up on eBay for $50.00. Makes me suspicious of this post, as the card and stand aren’t removed from the packaging...anyway, hope all who are looking for this end up finding it for retail.

LOL dude, its not complaining, its a review. Do you honestly expect every review is supposed to be a positive one? Glad you like yours though. As for the butt well that's what you focused on, all I was doing was showing the back of the figure ;)

The figure looks great like most of Toods DC stuff. It's well made it looks good, but he's doing too many alternate umiverse/video game and movie versions of characters. I'd like to mostly see comic accurate versions of character from the main dc universe.

Funny thing is that I have seen people accuse you of kissing a company's butt to get free figures when you review a figure positively; can't win them all I guess.

JayC...

It's McFarlane, man....

Don't you know "He has the Midas Touch"!!!! (hence the Gold Label)..

How dare you question!!! The Figure Creating Godly Powers of The Todd!!!!=^)

Yeah...Maybe he should start "drawing" Batman Comic's Again....

To get those Todd, "creative figure juices" flowing better....

That may have helped, "The Todd Juice". Give me my Todd Juice!!!

The Bat Fig didn't get any "Todd Juice", for sure...

IMHO =^)

See I disagree because the face alone is far worse than any other Batman figure I've seen McFarlane do. I dont have a problem with the over all design, but that face is just bad looking. Then other things like the rubber daggers that get bent out and look super fake dont help the overall look. Same with he big glossy shinny chest bat symbol and the poorly painted bat buckle.
