This isn't an exclusive.  You can find it on Amazon, EE, BBTS, and several other places in addition to Pulse.

Unless it's done as a made to order, I'm not too keen on Hasbro Pulse Exclusives. I was lucky enough to get the Deluxe Armorer figure and a Deluxe Snake Eyes when they did the restock but that took a long time of refreshing and loading just to get the order through. When they announce a new figure that can be bought on Hasbro Pulse they seem to be the first place to sell out. I much rather have Fan Channel Exclusives if there are going to be any exclusives at all.
