HBO Max has revealed a special first look of the new supersuit for “Jason Todd’s” “Red Hood” (Curran Walters) from the action-packed DC series “Titans”. Created by costume designer Laura Jean (“LJ”) Shannon, the suit is the first image seen of “Todd’s” “Red Hood” persona, after his stint as the “new Robin.” This will be the first time the individual Red Hood costume has ever been seen in a live action production.

“Titans” seasons one and two will be made available on the HBO Max streaming service beginning NOV. 1.

Initially premiering in 2018 as the first DC Universe Original Series, “Titans” has now begun production on season three. Along with “Red Hood,” returning characters includes: “Dick Grayson,” aka “Nightwing” (Brenton Thwaites); “Kory Anders,” aka “Starfire” (Anna Diop); “Rachel Roth,” aka “Raven” (Teagan Croft); “Gar Logan,” aka “Beast Boy” (Ryan Potter); “Hank Hall,” aka “Hawk” (Alan Ritchson); “Dawn Granger,” aka “Dove” (Minka Kelly); “Donna Troy,” aka “Wondergirl” (Conor Leslie); “Conner Kent,” aka “Superboy” (Joshua Orpin); and “Blackfire” (Damaris Lewis).

“Titans” is produced by Weed Road Pictures and Berlanti Productions, in association with Warner Bros. Television. The series was developed by Akiva Goldsman, Geoff Johns & Greg Berlanti. Based on the characters from DC. Geoff Johns, Greg Berlanti, Greg Walker, Sarah Schechter are the executive producers.

It looks pretty cool for tv show, but maybe it's bit early, I mean we just got Nightwing seems little bit premature unless Red hood is the finale of the show in that case it kinda spoils stuff. It's been 2 seasons and I really don't understand how I feel about this show.

I've been following Titans on #netflix and this guy may be kinda short but I hope he compensates in the way  he interprets Red Hood. What I am more curious about is how they'll bring the story to that juncture--- how Jason becomes Red Hood

It looks like the guy is too thin and can't fill the suit.

It looks like he got to Party City too late and there was only larger sizes available, even the guns look heavier than him.

You're both right. Between this 120 lb. waif and the woman that was cast as Batwoman it seems like someone at casting has the computer set to "auto draft". With the plight of many DC based shows lately they might have just decided relative unknowns are a cheaper gamble than some of the decisions they've made in the past.

I have only seen the first season, have they properly set up the Death in the Family storyline or are they just introducing Red Hood just because?

I feel like his helmet is waaaaaaaay too big. It makes him look like a kid with his small frame. He looks good overall, but the extra large hood also doesnt help make his head not look massive.

Google the kid who plays Jason Todd on the show, Curran Walters. He has a huge head.

WHOAAAAAA I didnt know it was this guy from the show itself being red hood. He never looked like he had this massive dome in the show. In most of these pics, he looks like he would do a very natural Hammerhead from Spiderman. These are kind of absurd looking. I also forgot he was playing Jason Todd. smh

He's one of those "skinny fit" guys. My wife is a Fitness Trainer (yeah, that's what they call them these days). We had the pleasure of viewing this guys obligatory shirtless selfies online and she sees these kinda people all the time. They limit their caloric intact to less than 1200 a day and do isolation movements like knee lifts and exercise bands. Sure, it's effective and it looks kind of impressive until you realize that his head looks so massive cuz the rest of his body is emaciated and in all reality this kid probably couldn't punch his way out of a wet cardboard box. I guarantee the reason that suit look like it's melting off him is because he has zero muscle tone (or muscle) in his legs or lower half. Everyone could have a sixpack if they forced themselves to live on a diet with such a wide variety from raw kale with lemon zest to grilled romain with fresh cracked pepper. Don't forget the cucumber water.
