Lots of Rocksteady and Bebop sets, and even a Leonardo vs. Shredder set from WAAAY back in series 1.

I don't know if Neca was playing a sadistic joke or the manager found some stocker's secret stash.

I seen people getting those on twitter so that means NECA is been distributing those figures lately...

About a week ago my Target had the Leo/ Shredder set surrounded by a bunch of Back To The Future figures.

Well the Roadkill Rodney set finally went up for purchase on the Target website. Got a email notification and managed to snag one seconds before it sold out. Don't know what the total time it was available for purchase but it wasn't long.

Last month NECA had released a package image for their Walmart exclusive TMNT Movie Splinter and Shredder 2-pack. This week the released more package images and have said the set is shipping to Walmart stores now.

That's a nice 2 pack but I already have those figures and even the inclusion of the cool accessories are not enough for me to buy them again, not that I would have any luck finding it.

The folks over at Fwoosh have been sent early samples by NECA of the upcoming first wave of 7" Defenders of the Earth figures which are due our early next year starting at Walmart who gets a 30 day jump over everyone else with them. The first wave includes Phantom, Flash Gordon, and Ming.
 

 

 

 

If these sell well then you can expect to also see Mandrake the Magician and Lothar which were shown at Toy Fair back in February, and NECA has also previously stated they have other figures that have been working on for this line that have yet to be revealed.

Wait, do my eyes deceive me or does the Phantom come with his ring-beam (a power he only used ONCE in the entire series)?

I was always gonna buy these anyway, but dang, even if I wasn't, these pix would go a long way toward changing my mind.

Now I just hope they're in the Target TMNT end of the 7" scale.

I really like the look of that Phantom figure. I'm hoping these are not too hard to come by.
