New G.I. Joe POP! Vinyl Zartan And Shipwreck Figures Revealed From Funko

Recommended Posts

Looks like you will be able to add two more G.I. Joe POP! Vinyl figures to your collection with Shipwreck and Zartan which are being released by Funko in this new Retro Toys assortment. Other figures include Stretch Armstrong, Mr. Potato Head, Glow Worm and the dude from the Operation board game. Look for these to be released later this year.

We told you about these new Hasbro based Funko POP! vinyl figures last week which includes Shipwreck and Zartan from G.I. Joe. Funko has now interested a new sunlight version of Zartan which will be a chase variant.

On top of the regular POP! figures they are also doing new Mystery Minis which includes G.I. Joe members Snake-Eyes, Leatherneck, Shipwreck and Cobra Commander. There is also a variant for Leatherneck.

Does the Stretch Armstrong have stretchy arms?

No the stretched arms one is apparently a chase.

The skin tone on Zartan Pop is so reddish that I almost swore it was a Deadpool Pop. Shipwreck is the Joe Pop that looks best IMO.

I love that My Pet Monster Pop , but I'm guessing from this info it's not available in a regular size, it's just a mystery mini?

am I missing something did they ever release a My pet Monster pop figure?

Didn't these G.I. Joe Mystery Minis get released a few years ago?

That's curious, I also recalled a collection of Mystery Minis Joe's with the Hooded Cobra Commander as a chase variant, but after a quick Google search I found nothing but the normal sized Pops they released a while back.

I found them... They were called G.I. Joe Combat Heroes and they came out in 2008 and 2009.
