New Star Wars: The Clone Wars Final Season Figures Revealed With New Price Hike And Walmart Pre-Order

Looks like we are getting some new Black Series figures from Hasbro based on the final season of the Clone Wars animated series. The wave includes Ahsoka Tano, 332nd Ahsoka Clone, Mandalorian Loyalist and the Mandalorian Super Commando with the Darth Maul inspired helmet. Thats the good news. The bad new according to Gizmdo is that the price for these are going to be $25 each and available exclusively for pre-order at Walmart tomorrow from 10 a.m. EST tomorrow, June 17.

It's not clear if these will be actual Walmart exclusives or that Walmart just gets first crack at taking pre-orders for them.

I wanted the Ahsoka and maybe the Mandalorian loyalist but I'm now having second thoughts. I can tolerate the price increase but the Walmart exclusive thing kills my enthusiasm.

Its not clear if they are actual Walmart exclusives. The wording suggests Walmart is just getting first dibs on the pre-orders. I am trying to get clarification on that and if $25 is going to be a new standard 6" price for Hasbro stuff.

I hope so, I'm willing to wait to get them as long as I don't have to deal with Walmart.

Love these figs. But the price rise is kind of making me debate whether I buy these on Walmart. Luckily it's the pre-orders that Walmart has exclusivity to. Hopefully the price goes back to normal when it goes to other retailers.

word i've gotten is these are gonna be Walmart only and if by some chance that is wrong and other retailers end up being able to sell these, I dont see them being cheaper.

6 inch figures are overdue for a price hike

we 3 3/4-4 inch collectors have had to deal with price hikes by ourselves for long enough

Only Walmart can ruin Walmart preorders. Tried getting in at 9am CST on the nose, and not only did they have zero names or info for the figures (literally just Hasbro logo and ‘Action Figure’), but once info was updated, they had already sold out. What’s really disappointing is that I guarantee we’ll see all the figures on evilBay for 2-4x what they were listed for originally. Perfect racket.

Yeah, I ended getting Ahsoka at least because of what you said. And if other retailers do sell them I'll proably cancel my order and order off of them just because it's not Walmart

Had a bit of a busy today but in one of the few occasions I could check Ahsoka was back in stock and I ordered her. She was the only one I really wanted. I probably would have gone for the Mandalorian Loyalist but not at $24.99, if it was a Bo Katan with an unhelmeted I would have gone for it.

The Walmart preorder has been a nightmare. I dont know why hasbro just doesnt do the preorders at their own online shop exclusively. Walmart and Target dont seem to care much because its not make or break for their business, so they continually mess it up.
