The Fantastic Four have to stop Victor Von Doom as he once again crosses he line of human rights. Doctor Doom with the help of the Mad Miles Warren has manage to create a living clone of Namor, King of the seas. Soon the real Sub Mariner must battle alongside the FF to stop Doom and his Abominable creation.
